Not 1 time during the tour did he even smile. He didn't ask anything about my pups, all he tried to do was sell me every other service they offer. He tried to make me feel like a bad parent bc I couldn't afford their dog park, on their property, @$20/per dog/per day on top of what they already charge for their stay. How about you ask me about the 2 dogs I was going to be entrusting you with?!?! Their 'kennels' are ridiculously small. I have 70lb GSD's. They would have been good for an ankle biter size dog. The guy (whose name I still don't know), saw that I wasn't happy, so his answer was the small outside gated area (couldn't even run in, it was so small), by the kennels or "that's why we offer the park". Whoever you were at the tour, if you think I would leave my dogs there, when you didn't even as much as smile the entire time, didn't ask anything about how my dogs are, what they like/don't like, if they've ever been away from home, and were more concerned with selling us things instead of being concerned about my dogs, there would have been no way in hell I'd leave them with you. My dogs free feed & that guy kept saying that they'd close the gate between my dogs at feeding time so they ate alone. MY DOGS FREE FEED!!! MY DOGS EAT TOGETHER!!! I DONT choose when they eat, they do. And, no, they're not overweight in the slightest. He refused to retain that thought in his head. How do I trust that you'll leave my dogs bowl down 24/7? Right, I can't bc I don't even know your name, you refused to retain their free feeders & you didn't care in the slightest to ASK ABOUT MY DOGS!!! I don't care what I fill out on your paperwork (didn't get that far), you should show some interest in the care/likes/dislikes/fears/stressors/etc.. You shouldn't have a business that is only a 'money maker' for you when you're taking care of actual live beings.

The groomer and boarding are separate. The person who does the grooming it a separate entity than the owners of the boarding and training. The groomer SHAVED my HUSKY in WINTER. Who does that. I clearly stated what I wanted; a normal brush out, clean up, and trim where needed. I guess that meant shave my WHOLE dog. NEVER AGAIN. I don't think I will ever groom him again to be honest. I would rather do it myself. He is very healthy and a happy pup but seeing him like this is heartbreaking. so BOARDING is great, Training even better... but GROOMING --- DO NOT groom your dog there. On the positive note the shave and cut down was a good job, so if you are looking for that than go. If you have a husky or longer haired type dog... DO NOT.

This isn't a "free-for-all" for any dog owner to bring their dog as they can a regular outdoor dog park. This is more of a daycare/boarding facility and you will need to provide shot records. You can bring them for one day but there is a fee. When you call to inquire, Neil will first schedule your dog(s) for a free "consultation" where he sees how the dog's temperament is, how he/she is with other dogs, etc. If you decide to bring your dog here, you'll need your dogs shot records for rabies and Bordetella. Neil, Sara and Devin are so good with the dogs. There is a huge indoor area to run around, play, and do what dogs do. Our two medium size dogs love coming here -- they literally jump at the door to go in when we first arrive in the morning! As soon as they see one of the staff members, they get excited and run to greet them! When I pick them up after work they are tired out and sleep for the rest of the night!!! Prices are great as well and there are discounts for multiple dogs. HOURS: Monday thru Friday from 7 am to 6 pm Saturday, Sunday: Boarding only -- but are sometimes open for daycare. Let me start off by saying, I missed my trip cause of these animals (owners Devyn, Neil, office…read moremanager) and was charged $400 to keep my GSD for one day. I prepaid $300 (six days) for a suite (never do that with them, they will scam you). They saw the dog ahead of time and approved his stay. (I specified to them nobody would take my dog in since he's not neutered/trained). I dropped him off @ 10 am and had to catch a flight in NY. At 4 pm I get a text saying dog has anxiety and there are damages. They self-assessed damages @ $100 and charged my card without my consent. Next morning @ 9 am I picked up my dog all crippled, dehydrated, and weak from a small crate instead of a suite. Neil (the husband) began to upsell their training services and stated my $250 credit can be used towards that. When I declined, then the response was well then we'll use that money for the damages that are really no more than $100. They were also moving him (dog) from crate to crate to justify the damages. I paid for a bigger space and if the dog was nervous he should of been confined to one suite (not crate). They made all of the wrong decisions and dumped it all on me. Rover is a better alternative in my opinion. When the dog was brought back home he was severely dehydrated. (there was no water in the crate). Drank for 5 min non stop. They kept him without water overnight. I lost thousands of dollars on my flight, hotel, dog boarding. Dog was hospitalized for the first time in his 4.5 years. My attorney discouraged any reviews but I don't want anyone else getting hurt.

I have taken my previous border collie (female) there for over 13 years, after having a bad…read moreexperience with canine castle, they sedated her without our permission and cleaned her pads so roughly they're cut deep and as she couldn't even walk. Mark and his wife love the animals and you can truly tell their hearts are honestly in it. we now have a 15 week old male border collie who will be going here for his lifetime. Mark even calls periodically if he hasn't heard from you in a while to make sure all is well. they take their time and even sign to the dog's/animals if need be. he will also alert you of any suspected health problems immediately. I consider them family and I recommend them to every dog owner I know.
