We had a fantastic experience working with Greg's team for our annual casino party! This was our first time using their services, and they exceeded our expectations. The tables were clean, professional, and well-maintained, and the dealers were friendly, fun, and great at helping guests learn the games and feel comfortable playing. The highlight was our pit boss, who was an absolute rock star! He helped us coordinate, divide and conquer throughout the evening, and made distributing raffle tickets at the end of the night seamless. His leadership and willingness to jump in wherever needed made a huge difference in keeping everything running smoothly. We truly appreciate Greg and his team's professionalism, energy, and support in helping make our event a success. We would absolutely recommend them and look forward to working with them again! read more

We hired this casino company for a recent party, and it felt like a Las Vegas casino! The setup was quick and seamless, which made a huge difference on a busy event day. They were also very easy to work with leading up to the party, answering all of our questions and helping guide us on exactly what we needed for our group size. One of our favorite touches was the props--they generously let us use them for our photo backdrop, and it really elevated the whole vibe of the party. The dealers were fantastic as well--friendly, engaging, and kept everyone entertained throughout the night. Overall, an stress-free experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking to add to their event! read more

We used High Roller Entertainment for a photobooth rental for our Santa Photos. Greg was great, arrived early and had a wonderful setup complete with extra lighting. He ran the photobooth like a champ for us, getting through almost 150 people in under 2 hours for photos with out Santa. The photo printer was incredibly fast, and great quality. He had the full gallery in my email the next day. I will definitely use him for another event in the future, and would recommend him to anyone looking for a photo booth rental. read more

I researched rental companies and found High Roller to be the most reasonably priced, so I decided to go with them for my party. Since I was hiring a company that I was unfamiliar with, it was extremely important that there was good communication so I had an idea of how the company would do business the day of the event. Will they show up on time or even at all? Will I be able to contact someone if there are changes/issues/additional requests needed prior? How is their follow through? Are they trustworthy, etc. Unfortunately, High Roller fell short. A response to my initial request for info was provided within 24 hours...Then slowly response time became longer and longer. The last straw? I spoke with the event mgr to tell him I had decided to go with their company. I sent him info he requested on the same day. He said he was going to email me a contract the next day because he was at a business conference. Next day came...no email. Day 2, no email. Day 3, 4, 5, no email. I emailed and called him multiple times over the course of the week for follow-up and heard nothing. Being so close to the event date and not wanting to end up WITHOUT any tables, I contacted my second choice company and booked with them. A week later, which was also 5 days prior to the event, I finally hear from the event mgr providing me with a contract and apologizing because he was on vacation. Uh...no thanks! I am by all means a bargain shopper...but in this case I'd recommend spending a little extra money for your own peace of mind. read more

I recently attended a birthday party where the host had hired High Roller Casino Rentals. I can confirm that this is a high quality and fun company. The dealers are ALL friendly, fun, and knowledgeable. While rolling the dice on the standard size craps table with 15 other people cheering you on, you almost forget that you are not in Vegas. The games they provided at this event were roulette, craps, and blackjack (two tables). I can't comment on the cost, but I can confirm that everyone had a great time and I would definitely give this company a call for my next casino night. read more

Spent a fundraiser night with these folks. Very professional team. On time and kept the game moving.

High Roller Casino Rentals helped showcase an event for our organization this past weekend and it went splendidly! The team was enthusiastic and welcoming and helped add to the overall atmosphere of the event! We had over 500 attendees at our Casino Night, but this proved to be a piece of cake for the dealers and other team members that assisted throughout the night! Greg and his team helped us with anything and everything that we needed and we had absolutely no issues! Everything was timely and ran smoothly! We will absolutely be working with High Roller again in the future! read more

I have used High Roller Casino for many years. I am actually an event planner and do about 120 events per year. Most of my events are weddings, but I definitely do large corporate events for hundreds of guests as well. Greg from High Roller is my go to guy. Not only because of his pricing but, because his team is prompt, has great equipment, great staff and his prices are fair. High Roller Casino also provides personal casino entertainment for my own personal parties. Over the weekend, my son graduated from Orange Lutheran High. I hired High Roller for my casino entertainment, last minute, because I am busy planning everyone else's party. I love the fact that his dealers are mature, knowledgeable, friendly and teach you how to play. We actually had the same two gentlemen we had at my daughters engagement party. From large corporate parties with 25 tables, to my personal parties with two black jack tables in the back yard, I always receive the same top notch level of excellence. Thanks Greg!
