He simply does not know how to do the work and will destroy your house while "working." I have had to hire a new painter to clean up Rudy's awful work inside and out. Rudy has cost me $1,000s of dollars and three weeks worth of time. To top it all off he said he would finish the outside and simply took off and is now completely ignoring my messages. I was very straight forward and business like in my approach to problems with him and he simply ignored me at every step. Do not hire Rudy Ramirez. He has not been honest and does not do even close to quality work.

I communicated with him what needed to be fixed and he did not fix it. He's ignored my calls and messages to get it fixed and told me about going into retirement. He gave me options and made suggestions while respecting my priorities. When he came to do the work, I was blown away at his professionalism. He prepped my area with great attention to detail, kept the dust to a minimum, asked me to walk through at the end, then cleaned up completely. I had Jesse repair ceiling cracks from foundation settling in an older home. He took time to explain how he repaired it and even took care to match my ceiling texture. I'm so grateful and impressed by Jesse and his spirit of excellence. Well done. I'll be using him for future projects!

The thought of picking up a paint brush to get my kitchen done just made me ill. I hate climbing up and down ladders and when I looked at the cabinets and having to lean over them to paint just wasn't in the cards for me. I recently hired Juli from Paint Color Help to pick out my color and so I decided to hire painters to get the job done so I didn't procrastinate for a month or take forever painting my kitchen by myself in small sections. I found an ad on Craigslist and setup a free estimate the next evening...I met with Maynard who gave me a fair price and he had painters available for the next day. I gave him a deposit and a key to my house. The painters went and got the paint for me (YAY#1), painted my kitchen - even behind the refridgerator! (YAY#2), left the key under the mat (YAY#3) - nothing in my house was missing or damaged (YAY#4) and I paid him the balance over the phone with my credit card. They made everything super easy for me - the work was top notch and I would use them again. The one and ONLY reason I didn't rate them 5* was because they tracked in alot of dirt and the floors were a mess after they left - it would have been nice for them to have swept it up. But the paint job was amazing!

It was a very sloppy and unprofessional job! I spent over two (2) hours cleaning up after they left (in which they didn't even bother to tell me that they were finished and leaving). I will not be recommending their work to anyone due to the very poor workmanship and lack of quality. I have all sorts of things with paint on them now to include concrete, grass, landscaping, rock, fountain, pots, grill cover, etc. There is cardboard sitting on top of my roof. There are areas that were not painted. There are areas that were not caulked.

We did hire him and he once again was on time. I have had problems in the past that workers will either not follow up or be very late without notification. Definitely not the case here. Since we had to be out of the house for all the interior painting we went out of town. He provided me picture of the work he had done and also let me know when he had to spend additional money. I really liked his honesty. Even after he completed the work he made it known to us to follow up with him if we find problems and said he would come fix it. He also let us know some of the issues that occurred during the job which were very minute but he felt he still needed to let us know. The customer service and work that Rodrigo provided was TOP NOTCH! I definitely recommend him!
