I would definitely contact them again for any future electrical service we may need. However, with that said, we did end up having to pay an additional $30 because our check was lost in the mail. When I was notified by Joel Foy's billing department that the payment had not yet been received we were told that it had been an ongoing issue in that they had not been receiving payments from other customers for the same reason over a period of several months. This problem could have been mentioned sooner so that we could have paid by other means. They do not accept payment at the time of service, but had we known about their mailing issue we would have been able to avoid cancelled check fees from our bank.

No one likes being in that position, especially during the hottest part of summer, when you're worried about how expensive the repair or replacement might be. Locke's helped us work within our budget and gave us the best value we found. We got several other quotes, but Locke's offered the best combination of price, service, and equipment along with a great team behind the name. Our installation was scheduled for Friday, and the crew arrived at 7:30 a.m. ready to get to work. And work they did -- in 95-degree heat and 130-degree attic temperatures. Three men were on the job all day, and even when a storm moved in near the end of the day and briefly knocked out the power, they kept going and finished the installation. They also cleaned up as they worked, leaving the space neat when they were done. I cannot stress enough how neat and clean they left everything. Once the power came back on, they installed the thermostat and started up the AC. It was blowing cold and running so quietly compared to our old system. Even after the installation was complete, we still had a few questions the next day, and they came back on Saturday and answered everything thoroughly. We've had the system for a week now and are very pleased with both the equipment and Locke's service before, during, and after the installation. We highly recommend Locke's for your HVAC needs.
