When it happened the first time I thought maybe it was just a genuine mistake but when it happened yesterday I knew it wasn't a mistake. I gave the budtender $40 which was 2 $20 bills. I was given $16 dollars back in change. On the receipt you can see they put cash payment of $30... so he took the $10 he shorted me and put it in his pocket. I called customer care and she said they would look in the drawer for the money which made no sense. It wouldn't have been in the drawer because he put the payment as $30 not $40.. I will never step foot in another Jars dispensary I wonder how many other people this is done to and they don't notice because they shove your change and ID into the same bag with your purchased product.

I have talked to them about this and they did not care and still charged me. This has happened twice now and I'm out $50 to Michigan government since the beginning of the year, this is ridiculous. The last guy I talked to said it was because they are a recreational dealer. It doesn't matter, medical patients have a lot of bills already, this is one of the many reasons we hold medical marijuana cards. We are also in increased pain and this is why we look for the closest dealer near us; to save time and money. There are not many medical dealers anymore. Michigan law should be something that every recreational and medical dealer in Michigan should be obliging to. MMJ card holders shouldn't have to fight for this. Workers should be educated themselves on MI laws.

I understand it was busy but there's no need to take frustration out on customers not being friendly is fine but being rude to customers is just ridiculous.
