Parking is free and spaces are abundant in both the hotel's lot and the nearby parking garage. The lobby and lounge areas are clean and inviting, decorated in soothing earth tones with modern furnishings. There is also a massive ballroom, ideal for weddings or business functions (I'm unsure of the exact capacity though). Full disclosure - I have NOT stayed in any of their rooms. I have only come here to attend special events. Therefore, I can only speak about those experiences which include the food, drinks and the serving crew. The food they provide is tasty although not particularly fancy or gourmet. It's about what you'd expect from a casual 3.5 star restaurant. The servers are good about keeping the containers topped up so everything is fresh and hot. They also waste no time clearing away empty/dirty dishes. I had to purchase my own drinks from the small hotel bar since alcohol was not included in the banquets I attended. While the selection is limited at least some basics are available. Of course nothing is cheap! If you aren't attending a catered event here, there are far better options to get food and drinks by venturing out to one of the nearby restaurants. Several are even within walking distance.

The floors were so dirty that our feet turned black after stepping out of the shower. The bathroom had clear signs of a previous water leak from the floor above, with an unfinished patch job and visible mold throughout the shower enclosure. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers were filthy and filled with mold underneath. The toilet constantly bubbled, the ceiling fan over the bed was missing its light fixture enclosure leaving the bulbs exposed, and the AC unit had visible mold that caused immediate congestion when turned on. The section of the room with wood or LVP flooring was taped down with painter's tape and covered in other guests' hair and dirt. It was clear the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained in quite some time. We arrived late on Sunday, attended a wedding all day Monday, and checked out early Tuesday morning, so we were unable to report the issues until checkout. When we mentioned the condition of the room to the front desk agent, he didn't respond to our concerns at all and simply said "you're all set." I have photos and videos of the room's condition and will be sharing them as proof. I truly have no idea how this location maintains anything above a two-star rating. This was easily one of the worst hotel stays we've experienced, and I would not recommend this property to anyone until serious maintenance and cleaning improvements are made.

I booked rooms for a group attending a nearby conference, but our plans changed and the reservations were canceled. Despite this, I was still charged for EIGHT rooms totaling approximately $1,500. What is most frustrating is that the hotel called ahead of time to confirm the reservations, and during that call I clearly stated that the reservations had been canceled. Even after that confirmation, my card was still charged. I attempted to resolve this directly with the hotel and even offered to compromise by paying for half of the rooms, but after one brief email response, communication stopped completely. The manager involved was Rushi Patel. I attend a conference near this hotel every year, and many of my associates normally stay here as well. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel and will be encouraging others in our group to stay elsewhere.

Looks great from the outside and the front desk girl was sweet. They have complimentary drinks at the front which is nice and a nice lobby. I decided to take advantage of the pool as it was open till midnight ( awesome ) and it was empty but after I got dressed and down there, a woman and her son we're there and for a small pool it got rather cramped. The saunas whirlpool was rather dirty and the bubbles didn't work but we made due with the pool until another family, and a drunk couple made their way down. They had showers which was cool but as said before management should watch the drunkies for the kids. Came back to my room and glad I had company as some "interesting" characters we're checking in. Made it back to my room and there was no conditioner even though the front desk said there was and the toilet paper and shampoo seemed to not be filled. There's a wierd clicking in the AC that I PRAY TO GOD is not bugs because I will be that person to throw a hissy fit and a patch on the wall I'll take pictures of. Fridge and microwave is included which is cool and shower is subpar. I'll keep you guys updated as I want to hope for the best and it's decent for the price, but I also know I can stay somewhere a bit better for the same price if not 5 dollars more. Bliss!

1/5 Business Family…read moreDONT STAY HERE!!! Our experience was a 1 out of 10. We were there in the area due to a last minute family emergency that required us to be close to family in the area. After a 6hr drive ,we arrived checked in and noticed the emptiness of the hotel, the water in the lobby container looked dirty and the floor wasn't really clean. It was noticeable, for it to be 330pm there's no reason for the area to look unclean. We got to our room , kinda refreshed from traveling I put my little one on some footies when they took off their crocs. We had been there about 20 mins and I came out the bathroom and noticed my little in the bed and the bottom of their footies were filthy and moist. I thought had they spilled something from the sippy cup and stepped in it but they were still in our cooler. I checked the floor looking for wet areas that's when I found moist spots along the wall /carpet areas and between the bed carpet space. There was crumbs, dirt, popcorn kernels, cleaning sprayed that had dried along with wall spaces. The room was unclean!!! I began checking other spots in the room . Microwave ,counter space crumbs, sticky residue, the desk chair had some sort of yucky film on it, rusted unclean, clusters of dust in the air vents, white flaky spots all on the lounge chair. I smelled too and was broken. I literally took a towel wiped the floor and YUCK INSTANT BLACK AND BROWN FILTHY ON THE TOWEL. The shower had hair in it , dried soap it made bubbles when I turned on the shower , the handle was rusted and needs replacing. Under the bathroom counter it was dusty, I took all of this along with pictures to the front desk and discussed my issues. She asked if we'd like another room ,I stated yes. She never apologized for the uncleaniness of the room. She said I can put you on the 2nd floor.i said I need a first floor room close to the main exit due to issues with leg and foot. I was told none were available. We went upstairs and the room I was shown was also dirty. Visible lent balls, dog hair on the TV stand and it smelled so unclean. I said no this is unexceptible, how do you think this is ok for your guests ? Can you call the manager and request a refund or discount ? We left to tend to family, I called asking about a refund or discount. The previous front desk clerk never wrote down my information nor complaint, the manager was then called and he refused to provide a discount or refund. He said on the phone there was nothing he could do. After driving back by the hotel to see if the hotel was full , there was 7 cars on the property. There was rooms 100-110 on the first floor. The hotel needs revamping and damaged items need to be replaced. If there's no one to clean properly, contract a cleaning service to do it. Charging someone $145.00 a night for an unclean room is absolutely ridiculous and robbery. Poor housekeeping manners. Who knows what all that filthy was in that room. I will be submitting a full report with proof to the Texas DHSH . This is unacceptable and have never experienced this at other comfort inn locations

The place is clearly under construction and very unorganized/unsafe for children walking around. That's literally all we did and even felt pretty iffy doing that. Thought about staying the night since it was paid for but decided against it as soon as we checked in. There's a funky smell as soon as you walk in the building. The elevator reeks of smoke as does the rest of the hotel. It says no smoking allowed but I'm pretty sure no one minds by that rule not only from the smell but since there was tobacco and a cigarette ash as soon as we stepped in the elevator. When we got to our room the door was wide open with a portable fan pointed at the ground. It smelled like cat pee in there. We are not snobby, high class people but honestly I didn't feel comfortable/safe staying here. So we did not. We came back the next morning before check out to be able to use the shower and that was it. The room was humid and never cooled down even though we left the air on from the day before when we had checked in. The carpets were pretty gross. There is a small coffee maker in the bathroom, a flat screen tv, one bed a couch, and a closet to hang clothes as well as an ironing board. There was also a desk area where there were remnants of weed left behind by the last guest. I'm pretty positive these rooms don't really get "cleaned". As we were leaving there were 4 police officers entering the building. The only good thing I can say about this place is that the guy who checked us in was very nice.

This horrible stay all started the day of check in, I got a call saying they are overbooked on double bed rooms and will need to cancel my reservation unless I change to to a 1 queen bed room. It was just my son and I traveling so I said that shouldn't be a problem. It was all of $4 less of a charge. When we arrived it was about 1145. The lobby reeked of marijuana. The front desk guy was very friendly so I just looked past that. Once I got to the floor, the hallways smelled even worse of weed. We got into the room and could still smell it very strong. First thing in the room I noticed was it was dirty. The vent was falling off of the ceiling in the bathroom, the smoke alarm was just completely gone from the room, the can lights looked to have zero effort in install, bathroom filthy, no lid for the toilet, and whoever is the maintenance guy clearly lied on his resume. My son tried to shower but the water had a smell to it and it would get only warm. Both decided to just not shower and deal with it. Brushed our teeth with a water bottle, just afraid of the water. After falling asleep we were both woken up by the people in the room on the other side of us having sex. Do your thing! No shame! But we Could hear it through the wall and apparently the walls are very thin because the knocking of their headboard against the wall was actually moving our bed as well. Embarrassing. While sleeping I kept feeling like something was crawling on me. Maybe bed bugs here too? Also no breakfast is provided, even though it is advertised. All things aside, the most worrying part was the missing smoke detector. This is a safety issue and in a commercial building I'm sure is a violation in some way. After all this being said, spend the extra $20 on a room and go somewhere else. You will be glad you did.

Initially "the guy" said it was 59.99 and when I called him out on his advertisment of 39.99 he honored it. "You snooze, you lose" kind of situation. I asked for a late checkout and the guy told me the latest they could do was 1130. The girl next to him told the guy she was helping (scary looking dude) that the latest they could do was noon. I said nothing. The guy helping me immediately jumped in and told her "latest is 1130" she said "Don't worry we will give you till noon tomorrow, no charge. Ok, that's cool. What I never knew was that I wouldn't EVER even make it past 1pm. I got to my room and my first impression was EWW..smelled like smoke and Lord know what else! I was super tired from driving so I said to myself "I'm just picky". I threw myself in bed and thought "gross" right before falling asleep for a couple of hours. I woke up and turned on the OLD SCHOOL TV!! This place doesn't invest ANY of it's money in trying to make the place stay up to date at all. All the bedding, curtains, wall paper is OUTDATED to the core!! So that's ok, I can live with that. I never mentioned my baby because I never intended on mentioning he was with me during this horrible experience but oh well, he was. So there we are laying in bed watching TV when I feel something moving toward me...a bug? EWWW...A ROACH!!!! OMG!!! Yes, a small roach!! I immediately grabbed my baby and my stuff and called the front desk to let them know. The manager said 'we can only give you half your money back since I know we don't have a pest problem here mam." There was ZERO sympathy, in fact he was outraged and upset that I would even call him to say that! I responded with "I expect a full refund, I can't believe you would think I was lying, I killed the roach with a baby wipe and would more than gladly bring it to you if you don't believe me." He put me on hold for a minute only to come back to ask "What time did you check in?" "9 am why?" "Ok well you can have 35 of your money back". TRUE frickin' story! He was negotiating my refund with me! I took the $ minus $10, signed a refund receipt and got the hell out of there. The next place I stayed at after that was $120 and well worth it!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!! So disgusted :(
