Wanted to take her jet skiing. But my plan was almost derailed when a google search turned up 2 horrible "companies". If you can even call them that. The first place doesn't exist, literally a fake name with a fake address, and they told me a didn't need a reservation and sent me to a place on the beach that had terrible customer service and apparently no jet skis to rent. I guess he was wrong about needing a reservation. So we ended up here on the recommendation from a friendly parking liaison. All of the guys at Ft. Lauderdale Parasail were really friendly and outgoing. They made us feel welcome and they really took care of us! The overall experience was so much better han we could hope for. The way it works is you start off on the taking the skis out with a guide on intercostal and since there's a speed limit, it takes about 10-15 mins to get to the open ocean where you can really open those baby's up. Initially I wasn't stoked about this idea but It's actually pretty cool because you get a nice tour while you cruise for the first few mins while getting used to the jet skis so by the time you get to the ocean you're ready for all out throttle. Plus the intercostal is a really nice sight. Again my appreciation goes out to Dan and George, who really exceeded my expectations and saved what started out as a complete nightmare. Will definitely visit these guys again!!

Unfortunately, the initial welcome wasn't great. We weren't really greeted--just asked for our names so we could receive a card to board the boat. The woman helping us continued chatting with her coworker and looking at her phone while assisting us, which felt a bit dismissive. The weather was beautiful and the views around the harbor were fantastic, making for a really relaxing cruise. Jeff, the bartender, was a highlight of the trip. He was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about the harbor. He even took a couple of photos for my husband and me, which we really appreciated. Overall, while the check-in experience could definitely be more welcoming and attentive, the cruise itself was enjoyable thanks to the scenery and the great service from Jeff at the bar.

My wife wanted to stay at the hotel but more importantly she wanted BouYah water sports for our friends and family to enjoy. BouYah never disappoints, they make sure you have fun, stay safe and are protected while on the water. Jeff, Luis and Jonathan were awesome and our party had a great time and fun was had by all! In addition to the water sports, Boucher Brothers, Latonya and Lester did a great job with setting up cabanas, chairs and umbrellas to keep our party safe from the sun and the rain. Plus Emily kept us hydrated and fed for our day on the beach! Thank you again to all of you for making my wife's birthday celebrations so special, we are looking forward until the next time!!!

We booked 3 jet skis pretty last minute (the day before) on President's day weekend…read more The company was super responsive and very easy to communicate with during our booking and the day of our experience. If you are under 34 years old you have to take a boating test (which was pretty easy) before riding. The online platform was very easy to use to take the test and sign the documents (everything gets emailed to you). Alex guided us through the channels into the ocean where we got to ride as fast as we wanted. Alex was very great at directing us & keeping us away from the other boats while also explaining the rules/how tos before we started riding. The jet skis, the communication, and the customer service was great! We will deff be using this company again in the future! Ps they also will accommodate Groupon prices- just call them and let them know & you can book directly through them instead of using Groupon!

There was a Groupon deal online promising one hour jet-ski rentals for 2 people for an hour for $240 so I called him instead saying I'd rather pay HIM the $240 since Groupon takes a cut. I wanted to help his "business" since times are tough right now and he sounded appreciative of this. Upon getting there, another pair showed who wanted to pay cash, and while handing it to Alex he said "hey put that down I'm not allowed to take money in the park" which was very interesting but I just went with it anyways... About 5 minutes later, we get some basic training about how to start up and use the jet-skis and then a guide takes us out of the no wake zone (which takes about 20 minutes each way) so your 1 hour rental is more like 15 minutes of actual throttle time. The area you get to play in is extremely choppy since it's in the ocean, which was fine, but after landing my very first jump the bumper of my jet-ski came loose and so I immediately let the guide know for him to say "WHAT DID YOU HIT?" I didn't hit anything, I used the machine just like everyone else was and it was obviously previously damaged and terribly repaired with gorilla glue. We only got to do actual riding in the ocean for about 15 minutes until the guide said "okay, time to go" and started guiding us back through another 20 minute "no wake zone". Also, I checked my phone and we got back 5 minutes early. After docking my machine, I spoke with Alex and he said he wasn't going to return my security deposit since I damaged his jet-ski. I asked why it was so easy to damage it when I was using it as instructed and he said that I wasn't supposed to be jumping the waves (on a wave runner?) however this was never apart of the training. Also the repair of the bumper definitely isn't $300. On top of that, it's a $150 PER JET SKI deposit so he should have only kept $150 if anything. I pleaded my case to him and he literally walked away from me mid sentence to help the next group that had arrived. I just thought this whole experience was so weird, I really don't care about the $520 he made me pay I just wanted to know what the hell was going on, like something just didn't feel right. After getting home I did some research including a background check and here's what I found... 1. The owners name is Alex Castro (36 years old) and has over 30 criminal records including grand theft auto and burglary. 2. His so called "business" is not even a registered business in the state of Florida. You can verify this on SunBiz.net, Florida's official business registry. 3. You are not allowed to run a business out of Dr. Von D. Mizell-Eula Johnson State Park which is why he was telling the other group to be careful while handing him the cash. I will have my lawyer reach out to him since I have his address and phone number as well from running a background check on him. Just be careful since this is not a legit business and is run by a complete douche bag. TL;DR: ALEX CASTRO (OWNER) WILL GIVE YOU AN ALREADY DAMAGED JETSKI IN ORDER TO KEEP YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT!! THIS IS NOT A LEGIT BUSINESS PER SUNBIZ.ORG! YOUR 1 HOUR RENTAL IS ACTUALLY ONLY 15 MINUTES! ALEX CASTRO THE OWNER HAS AN EXTENSIVE CRIMINAL BACKGROUND AND IS CONTINUING TO BE INVOLVED IN SHADY BUSINESS THAT ARE ILLEGALLY OPERATED OUT OF A STATE PARK! WATCH OUT!!!

The workers that helped with getting me on the ship were nothing but happy and smiling and they pointed me to where I needed to go because it was my first time on this ship! The ship is part of their older fleet but I love how they have been keeping up with renovations, there was only a couple thing here and there that could use a little more TLC but nothing dated beyond belief. The food was phenomenal and being able to get food here that was included such as their to die for escargot when other ships charge for specialty dining to get something like this was amazing! The buffet section was also very tasty with the insane amount of options and I loved the soft serve ice cream that I had way too many of! The shows are out of this world and the ice show was truly insane! it is crazy what people can do on a small ice rink but make it bigger then imaginable! I also loved being able to go and skate on the rink during one of the days because they had open skating as long as I had my (free) time slot reservation.
