The soda fountains are hit or miss though. Quite often they are out of order but this seems to be an issue with many Circle K's in this area. They offer both gas and diesel.

When driving into the mart they have a nice clean parking lot but they serve no gas there. They have a hot dog special 3 hotdogs for $5 . Which is a good deal especially because they are walking distance from the high school. You have a choice to get beef or pork. I chose pork because I can't eat a lot of beef. The service was good . A nice quiet older lady that said can I help you-was at the counter They have a sign near the food that says order here. They only have one table in there I guess you could eat there or scratch off lottery tickets . The hot dogs were tasty I can't complain I ate it all . A few people were waiting in line to get hotdogs so you can see they are popular. My only reason not to give them a five because I ordered mine without chili and when I got out side to my car it had chili on mine my husband ordered all the way. But all in all they filled the hunger in your stomach. I would recommend and return if I'm in the neighborhood.

The bad thing about being in a small town where there is very little competition is that people do…read morenot try to be helpful at all. That's what happens here. The only thing worse than being sick is going to a pharmacy you have been using for two years and being treated like a total stranger by the same people you see every time you go there. I have tried the drive-thru as well as the pharmacy counter. It makes NO difference. While I am certain the pharmacists working here are tops in their pharmaceutical knowledge and that they read their PDRs every night before bed, they suck at customer service. Prescriptions that are promised at a specific time, they are almost never ready and require a 20 - 30 minute wait. Often, a REFILL is not entered correctly and is denied by your insurance. Then magically after they call or attempt to enter it again, it is approved and you can wait about 40 minutes, you can get your medication. The people at the front register are usually very cordial and helpful, that is one good thing about the place but once you go to the pharmacy in the back, customer service disappears and you are just a number. Based on the wait, that number is somewhere around 1,042.

It would be unfair to compare it to a behemoth store such as Micky Finn's or a Green's. This is a tiny store next to a gas station and it is not much bigger than the area behind the typical counter of a convenience store. The selection is very decent and the pricing is competitive. What really makes this place stand out is the service. Every staff member who has helped me here has been just incredibly cordial. They are willing to answer every question, check stock on something that you are unable to find and they give you the impression that they truly appreciate your patronage. On a personal note, I will admit that they have saved an evening or two for me when guests are headed to the house and I am out of whatever they may be drinking. A quick dash down to this place has turned many a family gathering from potential disaster into an evening where everyone left without being asked to and in a jolly mood. It pays to support the small businesses in the area whenever possible.
