If you want to test out some new discs at an affordable price, check out the misprints section. ~$10 for most discs and they have a huge selection. I also picked up a "scratch and dent" cart for $120, normally $195! The car has a minor scratch that is covered by the seat cushion and would have happened anyway. Such a good deal that I managed to make room for it in my already road trip packed car! DD is an absolute must for any disc golfer coming through town.

This store is such a challenge for me. They have all sorts of great stuff for Chiefs, Royals, KU, K…read moreState and even smaller local teams. The selection is pretty amazing really. The staff are very helpful and always greet you when you come in the door. The problem is they need about twice the floor space. It is so cramped that you have to double back and go around aisles that have just one person in them. If you are trying to look at the same products as another person, it's very awkward getting around. I can't even imagine if they ever had a fire in there during business hours. It would be like trying to get out of a maze. Rally House Corporate just needs to do better. I've been to a couple of the KC stores and none of them are as cramped as the Topeka location. Again, my problem is mainly with the store itself. The staff members are great and they have a huge selection of amazing items.

A clerk named Trish who wasn't even the person helping me had to stick her nose into my exchange process and acted like I was a criminal for trying to return it. Another young man on the floor was about as unhelpful and apathetic as could be when I asked if there was another shirt like the one I had purchased. He pointed to a cluster of shirts on the opposite side of the store and offered no assistance to find a like shirt. Brick and mortar stores like this should realize that CUSTOMER SERVICE is the one thing they have to offer over online stores and treat paying customers with dignity and respect.
