At that point all was good. They told me the motherboard was bad and they do not recommend fixing the laptop. He asked if I wanted the hard drive removed from the machine, I agreed. I asked them to return the machine and to send me an invoice for the diagnostic, I was informed the only way to pay was cash or Zelle. At the end we paid with Paypal (not normal practice for our company). After a couple of days I opened the machine to put the hard drives back in the machine and saw multiple ribbon cables not plugged in and the screws were missing from the machine. This was the absolute worst service I have ever received…read more 1) Service was terrible. I didn't get a single response to my questions or need for updates. The only time they reached out was when they had a question about the payment. 2) I simply asked for my keyboard keys to be made less sticky. They didn't fix the problem at all. I NOW have to take it back to another technician. 3) A week after I left my computer at the store, once they said they had fixed it, they called and said that they had lost my password. I told them multiple times what it was and texted it to them. They said it didn't work and asked me to come down. Once I was there, they said they got it to work. This was the absolute biggest waste of money I have ever spent. And the biggest biggest waste of time. I 100% don't recommend this service, and please don't book an appointment with them. My technician was called Darian. I don't know if it was his fault, or the fault of the company - probably both. but I was shock by the deception and unreliability.
