The employees here are only mildly condescending when you tell them you used to be a former CEO - standing over your shoulder - correcting your online resume and asking if you have any skills other than running a three hundred million dollar a year firm. But the line of people in here is the real reason to visit. Me? My olfactory sensitivity is set to high, so detecting such odors as curry, farts, mexican food, and garlic in high levels mystified me when I couldn't detect their benevolent hosts anywhere in line. Kudos to the employees here. I'm not sure I could handle smelling farts and body odor of this magnitude on a daily basis. I typically reserve that pleasure for Black Friday at the mall. Oh, and thanks for the unemployment checks. I put them to good use each week supporting our local Indian tribes since they do SO much for this great State.

Other reviewers have complained that classes and programs are not perfect. They are not perfect, mainly because they have a huge challenge in assisting people from every walk of life, diverse backgrounds, and very different goals and aspirations. You'll likely know many things that are covered in class, and you have an opportunity to help those around you to grasp the material. Don't lose sight that this is a social service, offered at no cost to the recipients. And after the week-long class, you can get a grant for training, up to several thousand dollars. You can't beat that with a stick. The staff here is awesome; they have a lot of heart, and will do everything in their power to get you qualified for training so you can take the next step in your career. For most people, that training is life-changing. And that, my friends, is pretty amazing.
