From there they made another appointment for the actual procedure at a different location. They also prescribed me meds that I had to drink 24 hrs prior. It was laxative and I can not eat anything that day. I recommend you plan on eating good after the procedure lol Avoid watching tv with food or commercial with food lol His staffs were patience and friendly and explained everything in details thankfully because I had a hard time understanding Dr Sayed himself since he speaks really fast. Once I arrived at the clinic for procedure I had to wait an hour despite the appointment and once I was called the staffs were attentive and gentle and friendly. I felt like I was more at a spa than a medical facility. Luckily my procedure came out negative so I won't have to repeat this procedure for at least another 10 yrs. My spouse on the other hand had a slightly different experience. Everything went well but they found polyps during the procedure and Dr removed it right away (while he was sedated) so he didn't even feel a thing. He was told once he woke up and in recovery. He'll have to repeat the procedure again in 3 yrs. As a patient the day of the procedure we are not allow to drive so have a designated driver. Best of luck for a quick recovery!!

Making an appointment started out really frustrating, when I called, as I was told to on my discharge instructions to be seen in 1-2 weeks and the scheduler on the phone told me I couldn't be seen until February! That was super frustrating. Then the weekend came and on Monday a referral from my insurance was sent through and I was able to make an appointment for 2 days later. I arrived about 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment, waited that while 15 minutes to get checked in, they were pretty busy. The front desk girl who helped me was efficient but not overly friendly. There was an announcement that the doctor I was seeing was running behind and I was seen about 30 minutes after my scheduled time. No big deal to me. Once I was on the exam room everything went well, the doctors were informative, thorough and friendly. They were open to answering my questions. At the end of my appointment my follow up procedure was scheduled and that scheduler was friendly, efficient and kind. Overall everything worked out and I was pleased with the care I received.

The front desk quickly checked me in. From the time I checked in to the time the doctor came into the room was less than 15 minutes. The doctor Reviewed our prior visit notes. He then ordered a prescription for my nausea even though he believed that my nausea wasn't being caused by a GI issue. He also ruled out GERD.

Easy check in & the whole process is quick. The one thing that is difficult is trying to call the office to schedule or re-schedule or if you have ANY questions.
