Firstly let me just start off with the fact that I have always really hated going to the gym but this place made me enjoy coming to the gym all the time!! I've always been very intimidated to go to the gym and to be honest I never thought I would set foot into a gym like this. I'm so glad to have found hidden strength! The staff members are all friendly and helpful. I've never felt embarrassed to ask questions or seek for help. They genuinely want to help you meet your goals! I love that there's never a wait to use the equipment I need for the day. The overall environment is friendly and motivating. I've met so many new people that I love seeing at the gym each day. This has made going to the gym a must for me. I definitely would suggest anyone to come and check out this gym. When I first started working out here, I never thought I would find myself going to the gym and looking forward to it. THANKS HIDDEN STRENGTH!!

I was in SoCal for a short amount of time and wanted to see if there was a gym that offered a day pass in my area. I emailed them and they offered $10 (it's usually $15) because there was some construction in the gym at the time. I went there on a Tuesday afternoon and there was only one other person there! It's a great powerlifting gym - I've never seen so many available squat racks, deadlift platforms and bench presses. Lots of free weights too. The only thing that they don't have much of are cardio machines (there's only one bike). I eventually went there 3 more times! Shoutout to Jesus, who offered me a week pass for only $20. If I lived in the area I would definitely get a membership here! One thing to note: It was previously $40 a month but they've increased it to $50 a month as of December 2019.

It was my first time at a powerlifting gym and I loved it! I had a training session with Brandon and he taught me step by step how to deadlift and bench press. He was so patient with me, encouraging, and responded to all my questions (I had a lot) with a positive attitude. Super knowledgeable with a strong passion to help others improve their technique so they can reach their goals. We also did goblet squats, then biceps and triceps on the cable machine. The next day, I felt muscles I didn't even know I had . At the end of the session, I felt incredibly excited and confident to do these exercises on my own! The gym itself is a hidden gem. You're naturally motivated by those training around you, and there's a board where all members write their names and their 1RM, so there's a healthy level of competition to keep you going, both with yourself and others. It's fully equipped, well-ventilated, and people are respectful and supportive. Highly recommend Hidden Strength to anyone who currently powerlifts or is interested in learning more about it!

Her management style really shows in the culture of the gym. She's empathetic, supportive, and genuinely cares about everyone who walks in, but she also knows how to push you when you need it. You can tell he really knows his stuff and wants you to succeed. Coach Ryan and Coach Aaron are awesome at helping you build new skill sets and pushing you toward your maximum potential. They're great at breaking things down, helping you improve technique, and showing you ways to level up that you didn't even realize were possible. I went to a regular gym for about 15 years and never saw real results like I have here. The difference is the environment. People hold you accountable, the coaches care, and you're constantly encouraged to be better. What's funny is I've driven by this gym for years and never really thought about it. With everything being online now and reading reviews, I'm honestly grateful I finally walked in. This place works, and the community makes all the difference. Highly recommend WoPro Fitness if you're serious about real results and being part of a supportive, motivating environment.

Updated Review (3+ Years as a Member)…read more I've been going to this Planet Fitness for over three years now and overall it has been a solid place to work out. One of the biggest improvements they have made is lowering the music volume. It used to be extremely loud, but it has been adjusted to a much more reasonable level, which makes the environment way better if you are not wearing noise canceling headphones. They have also added a number of machines that are great for members who take their workouts a little more seriously. It is nice to see the equipment selection expand beyond the basics. The gym does get a little packed during peak hours, but that is pretty normal for any gym. Despite that, there are generally enough machines to get through a workout. The only one that always seems to be busy is the fly machine. Another positive is that equipment gets repaired pretty quickly if something breaks, which I really appreciate. The staff has always been chill and easy to deal with. Overall it is a good club. Not perfect, but well maintained and consistently improving.

I was…read moreactually in the plaza for a Club Pilates class and found it convenient to walk over and continue my work out here. This is definitely the smallest location I've been to in terms of square footage and equipment, but it didn't feel too crowded. I feel like equipment is limited for weightlifting machines, but I was here for cardio so there were sufficient machines for that purpose. Also just as an observation, the cardio machines here do not have individual tv screens compared to other locations. They do have large tv screens with a few channels to watch. Plenty of clean up stations for you to wipe down the machines you use. Planet Fitness frowns upon the grunting and bro-intimidation, but this location had some dudes grunting and being loud and obnoxious with their work out. I would have liked if staff said something to them. I would only come back here if I'm already at Club Pilates and I wanted to further my work out. If I was going to a Planet Fitness for a full work out, I would want to go to a location with more equipment so I don't have to wait on others for the machines I like.

I recently became a member at Crunch Monrovia and have been going regularly -- nearly five times a…read moreweek. Prior to this incident, my experience has been overall positive. The facility is generally clean, the equipment is well maintained, and I've genuinely enjoyed working out here. On 02/13/2026 at 7:00 AM, while I was in the women's locker room, the cleaning staff announced that the locker room would be closed for one hour for cleaning. I completely understand and support maintaining a clean facility. Since I needed to be at work by 8:30 AM, I adjusted my workout to allow time for a quick shower before leaving at 8:20 AM. However, the locker room was still far from complete at 8:00 AM and again at 8:15 AM. Several members, including myself, were waiting. There are no alternative women's restrooms available in the facility, so those of us who rely on showering before work were significantly impacted. I ultimately had to step around the barricade simply to retrieve my belongings from my locker so I could leave on time (I did not use the shower or restroom). When members asked the front desk how much longer the closure would last, we were told it would remain closed until 9:00 AM, which differed from the original "one hour" announcement. Additionally, during this time, the tone from one of the cleaning staff members toward members retrieving their belongings felt tense. Several other members mentioned they have experienced similar interactions in the past when trying to access lockers during extended cleaning periods. I appreciate that cleanliness is a priority. For members who work out early before heading to work, it may be helpful to know that locker room cleaning during peak morning hours can extend beyond the initially stated timeframe. Clear and consistent communication about exact cleaning schedules and expected duration would likely help members better plan their workouts and avoid unnecessary frustration.
