She explained service & I could tell she truly loves dogs & cared about their well being. After consultation, I was SOLD. The whole idea is ingenious. Right before initial start, my husband got me a new 2 year old Lab/Boxer! I called Adaye up in panic to explain & she couldn't have been sweeter! She congratulated me, added Archie in immediately & even added time in for a very small fee to get him over to release some energy at our dog park. I got a report card & detailed description of their time spent with our babies, pictures & a map of where they walked. At the end of first week, I came home to a "Welcome Home" bag that had treats for all my babies (cats included) and a personalized note thanking my husband & I. Beautiful service, beautiful people. Peck will not let you speak, ask questions..fast talking arrogant drug pushing facility. Never asked what our dogs eat, what their exercise schedule is..he does not care! We called Shore Pet Cremation, and from the moment they answered, their kindness and compassion showed. They scheduled the drop off and gave clear instructions. We dropped her off in her favorite blanket. To treat her with kindness and to make us feel better, without asking or anything, they took her, wrapped in her favorite blanket and told us they'd wash it and return it when we picked her up. That's a level of service and compassion that you don't find anywhere. When I picked her up, sure enough, there was her clean blanket, her paw prints, her paw cast, a clipping of fur, and her urn. The price is very reasonable, we didn't feel any upsell pressure, and at risk of being a broken record, unmatched kindness and compassion. I hope you never need this service, but if you do, I cannot recommend Shore Pet Cremation enough.
