My least favorite was the birria tacos. They were different from other birria tacos I've had in that the meat had a red seasoning instead of being brown. It was oily, so nothing out of the ordinary in that regard. But it wasn't grilled flat which was a little bit of a bummer since it meant the cheese wasn't grilled to a crisp on the edges. The tripe taco was unique in that the tripe was baked or fried; crispy and light. The filling in the chicken burrito - rice, beans, chicken - were lighter in color than what I was expecting, but that did not take away from how good it was, albeit a tad salty. The beans were refried rather than whole which I personally liked since it had it easier to chew. Besides the long wait, we enjoyed all the food and the chill ambiance.
