I am here to tell you that I cannot possibly recommend a law firm or a person to represent you more…read morethan I can recommend Christian Augustin at Claggett & Sykes. I've known Christian and worked with this firm since 2019. I've had to work with other lawyers between then and now. But NO ONE has ever worked as hard for me, fought as hard for me, communicated with me as well, empathized with me, was human back with me, listened to me cry, lifted me up, or was as honest as Christian Augustin has always been with me. Other firms forget I exist - they don't communicate well. I even just recently watched two people that I love (who didn't take my advice to come HERE), get the worst possible outcomes from their cases.... You don't know me, but if you are still reading my review, then do yourself a favor and look no further - Ask for Christian Augustin if you feel more comfortable because of my review. He will not let you down! Still to this day this firm and Christian is the only person/business that I fully 100% trust with my life. Good luck to you on your journey towards healing.

Hey yall!! Waste of…read moremy time calling in. I've gone to Larry H Parker before, they took my case. I've never been turned down for a car accident case. They claimed since I didn't have camera footage (in which, I told the case manager, we have to get the camera footage from the grocery store, he even agreed) but after, I guess, he didn't consider that, and because they think I'd possibly be at fault or have some liability at fault.... Never have I heard a case manager or law firm say this, esp knowing I'm not at fault. They make it seem like things will go in ur favor but turn around and deny you. They said they'd refer me to the next law firm. I have so much evidence to support my claim. I called Morris law group next! I won't stop till my case is taken seriously.

Once I became old enough to receive my settlement, there were still so many obstacles and uncertainties, and honestly, I was going through a very difficult time financially and was close to becoming homeless. Thankfully, my attorney stood by me, kept everything moving, and made sure I received the check I was promised -- and it happened in less than a month! I truly cannot thank them enough for being there when I needed someone to fight for me and make sure everything was handled properly. This wasn't just about receiving a check for me. It meant having a chance to keep a roof over my head and move forward with my life. God was truly good to me, and I'm so thankful that I had an attorney who cared enough to help make it happen. Well lucky for me state of Nevada does NOT FAIRLY protect workers or workers rights, this state sucks. I was at wits end and I was in a corner fighting with the insurance company, dealing with an idiot work therapy counselor and trying to just make it through the miserable process alone. BIG MISTAKE. So I called and as Mrs Lewis (and Ana can back this up) and I was a complete mess. I Had no idea what was going on and felt as though everything was crashing down around me and I couldn't stop it. Immediately I heard the best words ANYONE could hear "don't worry, were here to help we can take care of this" although my fears and worries weren't completely gone I still felt the feelings of stress and pressure meltaway as I told her my story. Now a little bit of time later my life is been put back together again and I have a new sense of purpose and direction. With all due credit and abundance of thank you's goes to Mrs. Lewis, Ana and her entire staff for putting up with me and all my nonsense with professionalism compassion and understanding. Sometimes just letting someone vent can make all the difference in the world god knows you let me vent more than once! So THANK YOU for putting up with all the frantic phone calls and fighting with the insurance company for me finding me a work therapist that actually cares about his job and the people that he sees.
