I was in there on Wednesday, Dec 13 and submitted my picture order at 5:00 pm. and ticket printed said ready by 6:00. Pictures were not ready when I asked at 6:10. There were 10 orders in front of me. Helper in the department was supposed to call me today, Friday, December 14 to confirm if they were ready today. No one called. I just confirmed by phone at 5:15 this pm and they are ready. My complaint is that now I have to drive to Selmer from Henderson to pick them up. It seems like in the busy Christmas Photo season, one employee should be assigned to the picture department full time. Not good for business.

I went to Walmart in Lexington and they put them on, although the wait was over 2 hours they where polite , nice as well as very busy. Peggy was very polite. Went back to Walmart in Camden since it is closer to my home to have the other 2 tires put on they had them in stock this time I was turned away by the same manager again because he states company policy is you can not just get 2 tires not to mention everyone was just standing around doing nothing he actually argued with my husband. I traveled back to Walmart in Lexington to get the other 2 tires and had absolutely no problem. I hope someone in corporate see's my review and addresses this, all the manager needed to do was have a disclaimer signed I was told, he is ver unprofessional and argumentative, obviously doesn't care about customers and is very quick to turn away business. Definitely not someone who should be representing Walmart.

Several times lately there will be 3 or 4 people working behind the counter. I know you may have to complete a task before you can take my order but is it too much to ask for someone to at least say I will be right with you? Absolutely no customer service and I find it puts me in a bad mood! I always say please and thank you and never let there lack of manners show that it bothers me but I think people can do better! Then the took the service writers car in to do an alternator, making that the 4th car since they told me I was 3rd in line. 2 tire bays and both empty! And no idea when they will be checking on the tire issue, I guess since it's not a paying job they are hoping I just go away. Dude standing in tire bay look totally confused not working.
