Best travel agent in Martin or Palm Beach County, extremely knowledgeable and highly trustworthy

I specifically requested my travel agent book the Aria in Vegas. For some reason she booked the only week that the Sphere is not open for the regular show everyone talks about and she booked the wrong Hotel. A good travel agent might have said hey " shows start up again the day you leave Vegas, maybe you want to stay an extra day?" The wrong hotel being booked is the worst of it. The sister hotel to the Aria is VDara, which is soooo much further for my ailing mother to walk to the strip. It is not a matter of limited budget or not booking soon enough. I gave no budget and this was booked last year in September. These mistakes have changed our entire vacation experience. We now have an obstructed view and we have to Uber to the strip from the hotel every time. I hate to spend thousands of dollars and not get what I asked for. There are not enough wonderful things that I can say about Terese. I recently got married at Melia Caribe Tropical in Punta Cana and wouldn't have been able to do it without her. We had about 60 guests attend the ceremony, and Terese handled all of their bookings, air travel and coordination with the resort, specifically. Planning a destination wedding isn't the easiest thing; coordinating travel, assuring group bookings, making sure no one gets bumped, and keeping everyone happy is...impossible, for the normal person. Terese took care of all of this for the guests and I. It took so much pressure off of my husband and I, and I found great comfort and assurance knowing that an expert would be handling the situation. Terese is great with communication, organization and details. Details such as a tourist card, passports, flights, rooming assignments, etc were all handled by her, as she kept in constant contact with our guests and sent updates as needed. She even traveled to the resort a day prior to our arrival to assure all rooms were appropriate and details coordinated long distance were followed through upon. We all found much relief knowing she would be there before us to make sure we were all set up. I highly highly recommend using Terese for any sort of travel you are planning. She has a way of making things fall into place and relieving so much stress on people like me, who don't know the ins and outs of travel. It is a decision that you will not regret!! read more

Terese Ternullo at Hibiscus Travel is not only a great travel expert but also someone I consider a friend. She has provided our travel services for the past several years. We have booked both resort and cruise vacations with her assistance. For our honeymoon she was so kind to personally deliver and go over our travel paperwork with us in our own home. She sends us a Christmas card every year even when we haven't booked travel. Last year, we booked a trip through another agent and it was a huge mistake. I found myself email and calling Terese through the whole process. She never made me feel bad about not booking through her as well as helped us book services the other agent was unable to provide. In two months we were to vacation on dates that we just found out we have to change. I called Terese and explained the situation and within the hour she had the flights, resort dates changed and got us a better deal.
