I kind of lucked into the website of a local gun shop. They had a great price, and, since I had "registered" my e-mail at their recent 50th Anniversary event, I got a healthy discount too. So, I ordered it. Three days later it is here. I will pick it up on Monday. No transfer fees. No driving to a distant "metro area" to pick it up. And, I have a local contact for post purchase support. Win-Win-Win! I will certainly buy my next gun from them too.

I own 3 bikes (road, tri, and mountain). They can do all three types but I have yet to see them sell tri bikes, and I'm more of a triathlete than anything. They're all very personable and willing to get to it ASAP. Only reason they're getting 4 stars is because I showed up on a Saturday morning (hours are 10am-4pm on Sat) at 10:05am and they weren't open. Waited for another 20 minutes or so then they showed. Not bad, but it is a Saturday and is expect they be open right away.

Went over today to get my chain fix since it fell out. Tom was great! The two ladies I went to did good on cutting my hair however they don't speak to you or anything so it's just an awkward setting. All the salons I've been to in the past speak to you throughout the whole appointment(and of course since they're so nice I tip them and I admit I didn't tip the 2nd stylist I went to here because she didn't greet me or speak to me.) If they did greet and speak to me a bit throughout the appointment I would've tipped the 1st stylist more and I would've tipped the 2nd stylist but I feel so awkward getting my haircut done there so I'll take myself elsewhere. Also to add they blocked me from their facebook page, I wonder why? Maybe because I didn't tip Mayra(the 2nd stylist), well if she would've interacted with the customer and greeted then she would've got a good tip. Lastly, I was on time to the appointment and she didn't show up till like 4:10-4:20

The employees go out of their way to help, and they do it with a smile. I've come in several times over the last couple months and every time I find what I need, there is always someone available if I need it, and the prices are reasonable. This particular store also has home decorating and appliance items as well as all kinds of tools, hardware, home repair and maintenance items, i'll kinds of special tools and equipment you can rent, yard and garden supplies. Yes, you can find all these at Home Depot, but coming here is almost like going to a friend's house. As long as Russell's is here I'll always check here first before heading anywhere else.

I reserved a lawn mower by placing a call to True Value and had no problems with the process. Andy was helpful and answered the few questions I had. Friendly, helpful people is the norm from the moment I walked into True Value. A four hour rental for the mower was around $35.00, return rinsed off, and with a tank of gas. My dad is retired and has the ability to spend time doing fun things, not yard work. If you're needing to rent equipment, do it here. Friendly from the start, and worth it if you're needing something to get a job done.
