I believe you can find comparable or better-quality treatments elsewhere for a similar price. One of my biggest concerns is the tipping structure. The suggested tip appears to be calculated based on the supposed full retail value of the treatment rather than what you actually pay through the membership. For example, if a treatment is valued at $1,800, a 10% suggested tip would be $180, on top of a $169 monthly membership. That felt excessive and unrealistic to me. I originally agreed to the membership because I wanted to give the full experience a fair chance. However, about two months ago, I clearly told the manager that I was unhappy with the results and did not intend to renew. Today, during what was supposed to be my final session, I was told I could not cancel because I had not provided seven days' notice. This was especially frustrating because I had already communicated my intention to cancel directly to management two months earlier. Between the results, the pricing, the tipping expectations, and the cancellation experience, I left feeling that the entire process was more focused on collecting additional money than customer satisfaction. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend the membership. Bad experienc, totally scam. Please avoid BTW really bad management ....

She is very knowledgeable and had been in business a long time, and what sold me is that my package would not expire- I'm trying to get pregnant and knew I would need to stop treatments when that happened. The place is very clean, smells amazing and you are always greeted promptly upon entering. I wanted to start right away, but alas, I had used retinol the night before so I wasn't allowed to. That was fine, I definitely don't want to mess up my skin. I was told I could come back in four weeks and not to use any retinol products. Yay! Excited to start, shaving your face sucks. In four weeks, I came back and was told four weeks wasn't enough time and I should go at least eight weeks without retinol. Ok, that was irritating. Why schedule me for four weeks if I had to wait eight? More shaving :( Once I started the treatments I noticed significant results after two treatments. My hair growth is drastically reduced and I'm thrilled with the results. They also offer discounts if you end up getting another body part lasered. My only other issue has been that you have to wait a significant amount of time for the technician to come to the room even if you are on time for the appt. I'm not sure if it's just because I come on Saturday afternoons when they are busy, but I've had to wait at least 20 minutes each time. There are always at least a couple of people there when I am and they offer lots of treatments, so it's honestly just a minor inconvenience. I definitely recommend them though!

She asks specific clarifying questions, which no one else has done, because she's dedicated to getting you results. My first time her, she wasn't bubbly or chatty, but once she started working, I immediately realized how meticulous, detail-oriented, experienced, focused, and confident she was in her craft. And the results showed: lasting hair removal without residual patches of hair anywhere. I realized just how user-dependent laser hair removal is. It matters WHO is doing it, even though the process may seem simple. My greatest regret is only encountering Jessica more than halfway through my sessions. I have only gone to Jessica ever since, and I'll go to either location, Katy or Galleria, for her. If she's not scheduled where I am, I'll cancel my appointment because it's a waste of money otherwise. Someone give this girl a raise!
