He was redoing my father in laws basement because of water damage this was his first claim ever on his house. And since my father in laws schedule is basically second shift even though he is retired it's kind of hard to deal with when the rest of the world is first shift! And since the father in law was not knowledgeable about remodeling I offered to take over managing the project for him. I Called three contractors to come in and submit a bid and all three were great and I thought a little expensive but then again I have been out of the scene 15 plus years so my opinion on the cost was a little behind the times. Franks bid was very detailed and actually came in the middle of the three bids. His demeanor was great and attention to detail was a cut above! He offered to park a trailer behind the house to put personal belongings in so we wouldn't have to move the stuff that wasn't damaged to a storage unit and make countless trips and supplied the help to do it with! Out the patio door to the trailer! Short, sweet, and fast! The same upon completion! I was really regretting that part of the project but not with this guy! He even went out and purchased a trailer just for this project! Even though he is still using it now he made me feel special and that he was doing it just for me which he was! The only regret I have is that he didn't leave the trailer when he was done! And then there's the workmanship! Outstanding! I will provide pics at a later date to back up my post here! All in all I would definitely recommend this guy for any project you might have big or small he can do it all! And his employees were also great as Frank was not there most of the time, he has some trusted and knowledgeable people working under him which is a great benefit to his company and reputation! They also deserve a pat on the back! The only other regret that I have is there is only five stars to give him! 10 stars out of

Justin's work was truly excellent. He pays attention to details, and doesn't forget things. I'd mention something I'd like done in the room, then later pass through, and notice he had already done it. His rates are more than fair, and work is simply top-shelf all the way. We won't be calling anyone else for carpentry and remodel work in the future besides Entrup and Justin.

We've always used guys who do work "on the side," or contractors who seem to be less money. But this time we wanted people who do this full-time as their job, not a "side job' deal. We hired Entrup based on their reputation and estimate. Wow, what a difference! The work was done professionally with great results, and well within the time frame they quoted. They took great care, did extensive prep covering everything and were very detail-oriented. When they'd be here working downstairs, we couldn't even hear them. They also referred us to a floor installer/carpenter who works with them and is a great fit in a high quality company like Entrup (Justin Gilliland). His work was precise and quick. I'd ask about some detail or another, and then passing through the room later would discover it was just done (and done right!). We've learned from this experience it just doesn't pay to go with "side job" guys, or cut rate outfits. You simply don't save money in the end, and there are always issues after the fact. We offer our highest recommendation for both Entrup and Justin.

I had several unpredictable thing home up to complicate the job. The crew king sent handled it all in stride. They even brought in a dump truck of gravel to replace the dirt that was to contaminated to use as backfill. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Had my seasonal maintenance on my furnace done. The furnace was working prior to them showing up,…read morewas working when they were here. He put it all back together and the blower fan refused to shut off. Turned off thermostat and everything and stayed running. He comes back out, informs me the control board was fried and they would replace it for $549. Spoke with the owner himself and he explains that it's an old furnace and these things happen. Said he would come out and see what he could do. Does not tell us he is installing the part until afterwards and proceeds to tell me he will work with us and we can do payments after he has already installed it. 2 weeks later they have to come back out to tell us it was fried again. We ended up just buying a new furnace and found someone else to install it. Paid ahead and they did not respect the value of their customer to make it right.

They quoted us the cost to replace the compressor or to replace the unit itself. Since the unit was 20 years old, we opted to have it replaced. They were able to get us worked into their schedule in less than 2 days, which was appreciated since the temps were in the high 80's and low 90's. They came to the house when it was convenient for us. They gave us several options to choose from since we inquired about the Mitsubishi ductless units for our upstairs as well. They answered ALL of our questions and even gave us other tips about our house, thermostat and furnace since we'd just moved in a month prior. They were friendly, professional, reasonable, understanding & have amazing customer service.

Mr Rupp came over, looked at the problem and then put a water hose down the gutter downspout and proved that this was not a problem. The real problem was a burst pipe going out to the garden hose in my back yard which he discovered. I was very grateful for his help. I offered to pay him for his time but he declined.
