The Heybridge News is located half way along Heybridge road. Continue to the Brentwood end of Ingatestone High Street and then turn left down The Leas and at the bottom turn right into Heybridge Road.
It has been run by an extremely helpful and friendly family for many years. The shop is very handy to those living in the Heybridge community but remains a little hidden to those passing through the village. It is primarily a Newsagent but stocks many basic food items and is very handy if you just need a pint of milk. If regulars request something the owners will endeavour to get it within a few days.
The prices of goods are more expensive than supermarkets but not terribly over priced.
