I was very pleased with the quality of the personal training sessions. The workouts were always very well planned, with a varied selection of exercises, mixing higher and lower intensities, so that it never became boring or a routine. It was great and very interesting to try out new exercises such as the TRX Training, TRX-Rip Training and the Battlingropes.
I especially enjoyed the TRX training, as well as the kettle bell, Swiss ball and abdominal/core exercises. I have definitely noticed an increase in both my core and upper body strength, which certainly help to enhance my cardio workouts. I also have a lot more energy and feel more revitalized after our training.
Andrew is very passionate about his work and that makes it fun and motivating to exercise with him. Andrew has an excellent ability to pick up on his clients' moods and wishes, and can adapt the session to make the most out of the hour. He is very encouraging (but not forceful) and has helped me to push through several boundaries that I would not have overcome on my own.
