He left it at that and left, no real conversation. I don't know if he didn't realize it can be accessed via a ladder on my flat roof over my kitchen but I texted him that after and seeing if there will be any further contact. I was disappointed he wouldn't ask some questions about access to come to a solution rather than a flat no without any ongoing discussion. I'm sure he probably does good work, given his pics and other reviews, and if he comes out again, I'll consider amending my review, but for now, in my situation, I can't possibly recommend this business. 2 stars for the good communication the day I initially called and then the day of the assessment.
