I've called and emailed them, poor communication in general. They either responded a couple of weeks later or stopped responding. I had scheduled my son stopped by for a trial class yesterday. I waited there for him on site. I went to check on him a couple of times during the trial class, initially they were on the piano, but I don't for how long because when I checked on him again, there were four kids sitting on the floor playing UNO! The instructor had his headphones on playing piano and giving instructions. He seemed to be teaching another person virtually. Yes their tuition is cheap for group lessons, but it seems like it's a waste of time for the student. I looked for an alternative place.
