I was looking for a big sweater since I did not come adequately prepared for the sudden cold (low 30's in the evenings). Primark is like your local Ross store but a step lower since about 80% of the clothing/accessories/shoes are not brand names, but I was surprised at how inexpensive yet trendy some of the items were. For example, they had a sale on men's jeans for 7 Euro. I purchased a scarf that was inexpensive but good luck if you need to try on anything. This store was packed to the brim. Inexpensive, good variety of items, and filled with a majority of locals from the other side of Brussels, if you understand the meaning.

If that doesn't keep me out of a nursing home, I don't know what will! Bestie and I finished our morning waffles and the chocolate shopping began. We went in every single shop and others around town. Thank goodness for cool temps because we had so many treats! This is a beautiful area to spend some time. We left with an extremely robust selection. A couple of my Easter bunny's from Mary's broke in transit back to the states but most everything else remained in tack. I loved admiring all of the store fronts decorated for Easter.
