Sauna and steam room area/changing rooms, dirty and very badly maintained. Like most Fusion run places in the area, Heston pool is very poorly maintained. If something breaks it takes them weeks to put right. Sauna took 6 weeks to fix, steam room took around the same time. The single cold shower has been broken since Christmas, it is now mid march and it still isn't working!!! In the changing areas, at least half the lockers are either broken or permanently locked and cleaning is pretty much non-existent. Heston is my local facility, takes 3-4 mins to get there but whenever I can I spend 15-20 mins travelling to Isleworth instead because Heston is just the pits these days. read more

I AM BOYCOTTING THIS SWIMMING POOL FOR LIFE! This pool was the swimming pool in which my parents taught me to swim; after that it was the pool were I learnt to compete competitively against other Londoners. I used to practice swimming three days a week, Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. However the pool introduced (without prior warning) women's only days on Mondays and Saturdays so I was forced to change to another swimming pool, with the nearest one being an additional 30 minutes away. I was quite frankly disgusted and outraged that I was banned from partaking in the sport that I love because of my gender. I don't know how it is at all legal for such disgusting discrimination to take place. I will never return to Heston Pool again, you disgusting bunch of bigots. read more

Enjoy using the pool. The water is clear and really clean. The women's changing rooms are clean but the showers and the toilets are often out of order. However, the poolside staff are really miserable and unfriendly. They look as if they would rather be anywhere else! read more

I have been living in Heston since last 13 years and was excited when Heston leisure Centre was being re-built. I had very positive and high hopes that I dont have to go to other leisure centre to play Squash and Badminton as it will be ALL-in-ONE leisure center as Brentford leisure center. The new Heston leisure center is totally rubbish with NO Activities to offer except swimming, Sauna and Gym. There is no sports hall for other activities such as basketball, badminton, indoor football etc etc. It is just a new building that is attracting locals and within 1 day I over heard few comments what a waste of money this center is. Yesterday took my son for a swim. The design of the swimming pools is almost the same as before with NO SLIDE for children to enjoy. After a swim went for a shower and took 30 min to finish showering as every one minute or so either no water or the water pressure would go so low that made hard to take shower. My final score for Heston Leisure Center is 2 out of 10. Very poor in physical activities. read more

Hounslow Council doesn't want public to get fit. I was shocked by prices they charge and no sports facilities, I wont be using the Heston Leisure Centre. read more
