She knew what she was talking about and did take care of things in the beginning. However, as time went on, Rowena was nearly impossible to get ahold of. She did not complete the documents in a timely manner, and when she did, the docs were riddled with scriveners errors. It looks like she uses a template and didnt fix the appropriate names with the appropriate cases. I have numerous texts from Rowena were she told me I was impatient, I was not trusting "her process," and that the court was severely behind. She was rude, and if you could read the tone via text message, you would have felt like you were swindled into paying her $3K+, may I add, in CASH and not complete her end of the deal. I ended up having to complete the probate case on my own, I did my own research, and finished the case myself. I do not reccommend her services to ANYONE, and I am sorry that I referred anyone to her in the beginning because I can only imagine what she hasn't done for them. Do not use her... find someone who will be attentive, understanding and WANT to help you. She had excuse after excuse and would protend to be swamped. She takes advantage of our vulnerability at a time where you need help.
