I had another attorney prior to Bratton and Razo. I felt he was a great guy, but Bill Bratton and Mike Razo were vigilant getting an agreement for me and were successful not long after I hired them. I like the way Bill understood the emotional aspect of a very difficult divorce (12 years) and taking my feelings into consideration but talking me off the cliff and getting me back to the issue which was a divorce agreement. I would highly recommend Bratton and Razo. During the process I watched several other attorneys in the court room. I felt Bill and Mike had more integrity and definitely more authenticity. The only thing I would change if I had to do it over again is I would hire Bratton and Razo the day after I separated. read more

Thank you My husband was going through bad settlements after his divorce with his ex,it was very frustrating for the both of us and was a strain on our marriage. Ms Farook guided us and showed great support, honestly I do not think we could make it through it with out her. Thank you Ms Farook. read more

My fiancée and I scheduled a consultation with Bratton & Razo after an ex parte was filed against her. She is a young mother who had just had her child taken away, so this was already an incredibly stressful and emotional time for us. We paid $200 for a one-hour consultation, while most other family law offices we contacted offered free consultations. Unfortunately, that hour was not used wisely. He started off talking about food and other random topics during time we were literally paying for. When we finally got into the details of her case -- including serious allegations of abuse -- instead of listening and offering guidance, he spent the majority of the consultation attacking her. He repeatedly told her that everything she did was wrong and made it feel like he was siding with the opposing party during her own consultation. At one point, he even told her to "grow up." You do not tell a young mother in distress to grow up when her child has just been taken away. It was insensitive, arrogant, and completely lacking empathy. He made the situation sound hopeless, saying it could be an uphill battle that might take up to two years. We left feeling defeated and discouraged. Thankfully, we chose to retain another attorney who offered a free consultation, charged about half the retainer, treated her with compassion, and stood by her side from day one. That attorney won our case at the first full hearing. Everything Bratton implied would be a major issue never even came up. This review reflects our experience during the consultation only. We did not move forward with his services, and we are grateful we didn't. If you are looking for a family law attorney who listens, shows empathy, and truly advocates for you during one of the hardest moments of your life, this was not our experience here. read more

I don't even know where to start... but I will start with one woman, and her name is Attorney Danielle Linker! She is, hands down, the baddest (and I mean in a good way) attorney I have ever witnessed in my life. My divorce didn't start with an attorney. I started with a paralegal because "I thought it" would be an open-and-shut case. I assumed my ex would comply, but he did not--he wanted money out of my home. When I realized a fight was what he wanted, I knew I needed someone talented who truly knew the court system inside and out, to include my County. After reading countless reviews for several law firms, I landed on Bratton & Razo. The moment I met with Danielle Linker, her strategy was exactly what I wanted, and I retained them on the spot. I had no idea this process would take six long years - no fault of Bratton & Razo. In the midst of it all, I went through three major surgeries and lost both my mom and my dad. Through all that grief, Danielle never let me lose hope. On top of everything else, my ex decided to marry another woman *before* our divorce was even final. Yes, I had to deal with him being a bigamist! Danielle's strategy was simple: she said don't say anything, and don't call the police. I didn't want to comply at first, but I hired her for her expertise, so I followed her advice. Long story short: The day before our final trial, Danielle fell incredibly ill with strep throat. She texted me on a Sunday to let me know she didn't know if she could make it, and that if she couldn't, someone else from the firm would step in to file a continuance. Of course, I immediately went into prayer for her health. Danielle told me she would text me by 10 or 11 AM the next morning to let me know her status. Lo and behold, who comes walking into the courtroom lobby? Nobody but Danielle! She'd texted me saying she felt better, and I am telling you, she didn't even look sick (though she wore a mask so she wouldn't spread anything). When she arrived, she saw my ex sitting in the lobby, walked right up to him, and professionally--but firmly--let him have it for hanging up in her face weeks prior; I knew right then and there that we were going to win. When we got into the courtroom, my ex fully assumed I would have to pay him something out of the equity of my home. But I am writing this review to tell you that I did not have to pay him one red cent! He got absolutely nothing, and I walked away with everything. It was a combination of Danielle's brilliant tactics and the power of God prevailing in that courthouse on my behalf. We walked out of that courtroom in 20 minutes flat with my house secured in my hands. Bratton & Razo is second to none. If you are looking for a law firm to represent you, please do not waste your time looking anywhere else. Everyone in the office is kind, patient, and truly listens. Even if you ask the exact same question over and over again, they will answer you with grace. I am so deeply grateful to Danielle Linker for how she fought for me and how she showed up for me. I later found out that her own mother told her she was too sick to go to trial that morning. Danielle told her mom--and I'm trying to hold back tears just typing this--"That woman has been waiting six years for this divorce to be finalized. I cannot let her down." I cannot tell you how grateful I am. Danielle is my girl--she is my ride-or-die. She fought for me, and if you need someone to fight for you in a divorce, please do not waste your time. And please, don't try to nickel-and-dime the attorney fees, because they are worth every single penny. I appreciate them and thank God from the bottom of my heart for such a wonderful firm as Bratton & Razo, and of course, my girl Danielle! read more

I retained Bill Bratton in March 2024, and my divorce was finalized in July 2026. Throughout the entire process, he was consistently clear, concise, and practical. One of the things I appreciated most was how he educated me about the realities of family law and helped temper my expectations with thoughtful, real-world advice rather than emotion. That perspective proved invaluable during what was a very difficult period. From the beginning, he made it clear that while divorce is inevitably expensive, his goal was to help me reach a fair resolution, not to create unnecessary conflict or generate additional billable hours. That integrity distinguished him from the stereotype many people have of family law attorneys. After a 40-year marriage, navigating the emotional and financial complexities of divorce felt overwhelming, and his steady guidance made all the difference. Thanks to his guidance, we reached a settlement that both my ex-wife and I believed was fair. He was an excellent advocate when needed, but he never lost sight of finding practical solutions. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for an experienced, honest, and compassionate family law attorney. read more

Choosing a family law attorney is one of the most important decisions you can make, and it truly makes all the difference. Divorce is never easy--there are no real "winners"--but having the right attorney by your side can change everything. I had the privilege of working with Michael Razo during a very difficult three-year divorce that involved countless hearings and ex-parte matters. From start to finish, he was consistent, reliable, and compassionate. I never once felt alone in the process. Not a single email or call went unanswered--Mr. Razo always took the time to explain the next steps, answer my questions, and make sure I fully understood my options. What sets him apart is his honesty and deep knowledge of the law. There were times I asked for things that weren't realistic, and he was upfront in explaining why they wouldn't work. That honesty built a trust that never wavered. I knew he was advocating for me in the strongest way possible while keeping the focus on what the law would support. He not only fought tirelessly for me, but also made me feel safe and supported throughout the entire process--even something as simple as walking me to my car after a tough hearing I knew my ex was not happy with, Mr. Razo showed his professionalism and care. Every outcome we achieved was fair, lawful, and in line with what was best for my family. I tell everyone about "my attorney" because I truly believe if it weren't for Mr. Razo and God, I don't know where I'd be today. My divorce is finally over, but there is no question that he will continue to be my attorney for any future custody matters. There are not enough words to describe my gratitude to Mr. Razo and his team. He was worth every single penny, and I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone in need of a strong, trustworthy, and compassionate family law attorney. read more

Biggest mistake of my life aside from the father of my child! 14k in the hole over a simple custody case, that after finding out I could of done it all on my own. Hired a female lawyer from here because she was recommended it one of my friends so I trusted. Overall, I just wanted to establish 5050 custody and the ability to vacation with my child. I ended up with 5050 plus having to pay child support to the father of my childt, even after she saw his coercive and manipulative behavior and I had evidence that his lawyer advised hin to stop working. The couple words she said in court I could of done so myself. Oh, but she showed up to court in her Louie V pumps and bag. Complete and utter disappointment. She knew it was a simple case, I informed her that I didnt know anything about the Family court system and took complete advantage. SAD read more

Bill helped me navigate through a very difficult divorce. My ex-wife wanted to punish me more than she wanted to settle. Her demands were completely unreasonable. She hired and fired no less than 5 attorneys, alienating both them and our financial evaluator in the process. Throughout it all, Bill was in my corner. He remained calm and professional even when my ex was completely irrational, which helped me stay calm also. In the end, Bill negotiated a reasonable settlement with my ex's attorney. I appreciate his professionalism and his expertise. I give him and his firm my highest recommendation. read more

Bill Bratton delivered a great result for me in a very difficult family law case. He's incredibly sharp and strategic, and he approaches things like a chess game, always thinking a step ahead. He has a rare ability to see around corners and anticipate issues before they come up, which made a huge difference in my case. I'm genuinely grateful for his guidance and would highly recommend him to anyone dealing with a serious family law matter. read more

BIll isnt cheap but his office is worth every penny. iwe have been navigating a complicated stressfull matter across civil, criminal, and family court. he handled the family side and while he was the most expensive of the 3 lawyer, i always felt at ease and like things would be handled (they were.) he is honest, direct, and above all he is fair. always responds to emails or calls once he has the answer or an update. trust the process Bill will get it done. if youre facing an uncertain or stressful situation then do not hesitate to let Bills office handle it for you read more

I thought Michael Razo would have been a great match for my custody case, based on AVVO reviews I read, because they were very similar to my nightmare, but he was not. I paid a $200 consult fee for him to tell me he wouldn't take my case because it was a mess, he doesn't deal with juvenile dependency (mine was over), and it would cost too much to litigate. And I am going to have a long battle. It's very discouraging when you believe an attorney can definitely help you based off very similar reviews to find out the reality is the exact opposite. I think this attorney should discuss more of his potential client's details through the intake person, because I told them all this info days prior to our consult, so I didn't have to waste $200 for an hour consult that ended in 30 minutes. And maybe he shouldn't take consults while he's on vacation, or maybe that's why he took the consult while on vacation, he was just trying to quickly make-up for his bar tab the prior night, I don't know. read more

Mr. Bratton is such a great divorce attorney, he cares. From our first meeting he's been great at returning phone calls and made sure I understood what was taking place during the process. My husband was very blessed to have Mike Razo as his attorney. His case was not only unique but over 20 years old. Though we went to trial and spent many hours at the Hemet Courthouse, Mike was able to get the best ruling anyone could have expected. After hours and hours of testimony from both parties, the Commissioner was able to make her ruling. Mike was not only professional, but very knowledgeable and advised us every step of the way. Everything Mike advised us on came true! He's a very smart and compassionate attorney. Even though the trial seemed to drag on because of opposing council, Mike was able to handle our case with ease. Not only was alimony set at Zero, but we were finally done that day of the judge's decision. We would highly recommend Mike for any case whether current or an old case. He's a very kind and respected attorney. read more

Most of us have had or will have a need to hire a lawyer at some point in our lives. Unless you know one personally, it's not an easy task. I hope this review makes it easier for someone. One of the most important jobs your lawyer should do is put you at ease and make you feel confident that they're going to take care of you. Bill Bratton (he insisted I call him Bill) did that , right from the beginning. He talks straight to you in a way that's very relatable and easy to understand. Bill delivered a win for me in a situation that seemed hopeless, my divorce was complicated, to say the least. As impressed and grateful as I am with what he accomplished for me, what I'm most thankful for is the peace of mind that I have from believing that Bill gave me the best outcome that was possible. Trust me, I know what I'm talking about, there's nothing worse than feeling that you don't trust your lawyer, and nothing better than feeling that you do. I don't believe that I'm an exception, I believe he treats all his clients with the same genuine care and service. His staff was very professional and did a great job of communicating and keeping me informed. Perhaps the best measure of my feelings would be to ask myself, would I hire him again, would I recommend him to my friends or family? To that I would genuinely and emphatically answer... yes! Thank you Bill, you're one of the good guys! read more

I felt confident Bill would do a good job because I was referred to him by a deputy DA. Well, he and his team did an awesome job! Bill doesn't waste time and spoke frankly and clearly helping me understand how to navigate a very complex and difficult negotiation with my spouse. Our settlement was unusual and unique but Bill understood my situation (because he LISTENS) and went the extra mile to make sure I was protected and achieved the end goal. Special thanks to Juanita for all her hard work, patience, and kindness. read more

I hired Mr. Bratton for my divorce. From the beginning he took the time to answer the many questions I had about the process and was extremely diligent (along with his team) to help me understand the process. I explained that I had limited funds and would like to do as much of the foot work necessary to help the divorce along. He outlined my tasks and encouraged me along the way. I was guided well and given ideas of what was in my right to ask for which empowered me. Mr. Bratton's expertise in a time of emotional chaos was needed and in turn assisted with a deal that packaged everything I asked for. I am grateful for his wisdom in his craft and encourage others to seek his counsel in a tumultuous time. read more

A word about Mike Razo, Our family was represented in a way that honored exactly how we wanted to be heard. Calm, cool and collected, with wise and thoughtful words that were never catty or slanderous. We had a very complicated, out of ordinary case that Mike navigated with very bold kindness. Every hearing he was always was extremely prepared, focused, well spoken and can pull family law from memory. He is clearly respected by all at the courthouse. His response time was always quick and we felt like we were his priority. After watching many hearings and seeing first hand how important it is to be represented well we would choose Mike a million times over. Watching him in action, he is absolutely on a higher caliber in his field than others. "Some lawyers got As some lawyers gots Cs they're all lawyers, Mike got As" as my husband says. Mike saved our family and we are eternally grateful. Absolutely worth every penny. read more

The consultation is NOT FREE, The charge is $100-$200 per hour depending on who you talk to. Also, I was not given enough information about what to expect during the call. For this amount of money, will a solution be achieved or is the attorney just fact finding and then you still have no answer to your problem. read more

I had a previous divorce that took forever and a succession of FIVE attorneys. For my recent divorce, I searched online and discovered the stellar reviews for William Bratton, I hired him to represent me-sight unseen! When I had to leave the state and move across the country; Bill, and his partner, Mike Razo, and my paralegal, Toni, were great so I had the confidence they would take care of me. Bill was adept at engaging firmly with my husband yet remaining fair. His skill and experience were instrumental in securing the best outcome for my case. I was impressed with Mike Razo for his excellent handling of my remote appearance for court, and his patient attention to my concerns. I trust and highly recommend this superior law firm and would not hesitate to utilize them again. read more

Mr.Razo explained to me what to expect and what the likely outcome would be regarding my case. Throughout the whole process he was very helpful, intelligent and patient. He always responded promptly to my phone calls and emails. Thanks a lot Mr. Razo, for your hard work, emotional support and professional guidance. Bill and his team were beyond professional and were finally able to put my divorce behind me. My situation was unique as I was dealing with an ex who was self-employed, no need to further elaborate on that. Bill and his team dug in and worked amicably with opposing counsel to present a settlement so that I could move on with my life. They were ALWAYS responsive, timely and best yet, encouraging, especially during moments when I had lost all confidence. If your are looking for professionalism, honesty and someone who truly cares about their clients, I recommend Bratton & Razo.... Bill is top quality! read more

Very poor quality of law services and everything is about making more money for them, but not what is in the best interest of the client. I would never recommend these people at all, and I would never sign retainers for their services. The value of service provided is not good. The entire staff and attorneys are very rude. read more

I had previous legal representation, which, worked for me when it did. As my case became more complex and my legal representation began to fall short (my opinion), I was referred to William Bratton by a close and trusted friend. I needed more expertise, a pedigree of professionalism, and more than just a passive advocate for myself and my child. In addition to doing my own research about Mr. Bratton, my close friend shared with me that Mr. Bratton was more than competent, efficient, and strategic. Of course, family court is often a volatile, emotionally charged atmosphere. Within the court room, I will remark that I was overly impressed and contented with Mr. Bratton's defense and approach to highlighting the important issues within my case. He argued for the best interest of my child and myself effortlessly. He was assertive and yet diplomatic. I was almost speechless, in a positive way. I am sure Mr. Bratton handles hundreds of cases, however, not once did I feel as though my situation was not his priority. One of the lessons I have learned is that although I may have my own ideas of how rulings and minor details within custody agreements should go, I hired Mr. Bratton to do what he does best, provide competent counsel. Did Mr. Bratton pacify my "emotional" responses to the other party's nonsense requests? No. Did he validate and share in my concerns? Yes. Did he provide me with reality based legal expert advice? Yes, yes, and yes. Overall, his competence and progressive thinking takes into account the bigger picture, which I have grown to appreciate in him as an attorney. I am so glad I was referred to him. Mr. Bratton's word is his bond and his ethical delivery is prominently present. Mr. Bratton provided me counsel with discussion of the worst-case scenario, however, skillfully delivered THE win on multiple occasions. I do not think there are words enough to express my gratitude. With confidence and sincerity, I will say the value of Mr. Bratton as my legal representation surpasses the financial cost. I will defiantly continue to retain Mr. Bratton, should I have to appear in family court again. Thank you Mr. Bratton! read more

Excellent Attorney!! I hired with Mr. Bratton in March of 2020 after a consultation. Do to COVID and it's effects on the court system, we finally went to trial almost a year later. The matter before the court was a reduction in long term alimony due to changes in circumstance with both my Ex & myself. Bill completely came thru in my trail getting my alimony reduced to ZERO and this is after 19 yrs of marriage!!! It was obvious to me that Mr. Bratton did excellent trail prep, sifting thru countless pages of banking documents & other info. Mr. Bratton is not a cheap attorney, but in this case, "You get what you pay for!" Excellent service from an honest man who tells you the truth, rather it benefits him or not. Without getting into details; Mr. Bratton saved me almost $10K instantly & $100's of thousands of dollars over what was to be "Alimony for Life." I truly could not more highly recommend Bill Bratton. read more

My very long divorce/custody court battle began in December 2016. I hired a basic attorney and she wasn't in it for me and my children. She was in it for the money. Upon reading what seemed like a million yelp reviews it seemed like most attorneys bill you for everything and take months/years to resolve anything...why? Because they can! I had to present myself in court once and although my brother's attorney friend helped prepare me for the task I don't think anyone can fully prepare for something like that. Judges DO like to speak to LAWYERS. If one side has an attorney no matter how valid your points are the judge WILL give the attorney more respect and time to speak. #fact My first time meeting Mr. Bratton I KNEW he was the attorney for me. He was assertive and to the point. I could tell he knew what he was saying and doing. He walked in to court like a boss and his demeanor demanded respect. I know my ex and his attorney felt intimidated by Mr. Bratton now handling my case. He looked at everything and fought for what was right. He told me what to expect and he got me out of a few very nasty situations by dealing directly with the opposing counsel. Most importantly I trusted Mr. Bratton with my custody agreement. Without saying too much let's just say he was 100% right about everything. He has dealt with so many divorce custody cases and he can smell bs from a million miles away....if it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck, and walks like a duck...IT'S A DUCK! In the end Mr. Bratton wrapped up everything in less than a year of being on my case. I had the most peace of mind during the time he spent on my case. He was honest with me and he called me right away when I had a question about something. He is a good man and he is great at what he does. He is not just doing it to make money (even though he loves to travel, lol) Overall: 1. Is he expensive? YES, rightfully so. It did cost a lot...but he is qualified and you're paying for top notch service. It goes hand in hand. You want the best, be willing to pay the price. It depends on how much your case means to you.  2. What to expect- you will be billed for the emails and phone calls so be careful when you're making calls. They deduct from the retainer so make sure you really need that information. Otherwise trust who you're paying the big bucks to! 3. My experience - Mr. Bratton is my lifelong attorney if I ever need one. He and his staff are beyond helpful and friendly. Understand it's their livelihood and your life. Ideally two parents should figure out what's best for their children but when that seems impossible because one side simply wants to fight...trust that there will be a fight. Just hire the best to fight for you! Mr. Bratton knew I'd put NO price on fighting for my children; however he didn't prolong my case just to make that money. And that is what I respect him for most. He didn't take advantage of my situation just for his own benefit. If you're serious about hiring someone good then go hire him! Trust me....YOU WILL be happy when you do! Your peace of mind is more important than a few thousand dollars...remember his boss status in court will probably end up saving you in the long run...if you hire some random attorney not only will he/she not be known in the courts but you'll end up paying so much more in the long run! It's a win win if you hire Mr. Bratton! Thank you Mr. Bratton for all that you did for me and my children. God bless you! read more

Mike Razo is the best attorney! From my initial consultation with Mike, I knew he was the right person. I am forever grateful for everything he has done. As a single father, he was godsent for my family law case. He handled my complex and long case (due to the pandemic) from start to finish. From the beginning, Mr. Razo and his paralegal Alma Suarez were always available to answer all my questions and explain everything to me regarding my case. I was well informed and always updated throughout the entire process. Mike is very professional and caring. He is also very cost-conscious and doesn't drive up your fees and cost to make a profit. He tries to avoid unnecessary legal expenses whenever possible. He has integrity and will always give you his professional opinion. You hear a lot of horror stories about divorce.  The fighting, the heartache, your kids hurting and you hurting for them... It's all awful.  My experience was no different.  I have a particularly difficult ex wife who is very manipulative and methodical in the way she handled me, the kids and the divorce. She was emotionally and physically abusive in our marriage and blamed me for all of it.  She used my job and work schedule against me to try and claim that I was unable to have the kids because my schedule wasn't good for them. I work 12 hour shifts at night, 3-4 nights a week and have flexibility in what days of the week that I work.  I have plenty of time off to spend with the kids but was being kept from the kids and not allowed to see them except when she thought it was necessary.  My ex  told me at the beginning of our separation that for custody and visitation we would start with a 1 hour afternoon visit, once a week.  Then once she decided that the kids were ready, we could talk about changing it.  She also told me that overnights were out of the question and we would revisit that idea in 3 to 4 years.  My kids were 5 and 3 years old at the time.  She even kept the kids from me for a month without letting me see them at all because she said I gave her my work schedule to late and the days off that I had didn't work for her and the kids. I had a very difficult time explaining to an attorney, what was exactly going on because of how sneaky and manipulative things were being done.  I was being left out of medical decisions.  I was being left out of educational decisions.  I was being lied about to the kids and talked bad about to the kids and would have to answer questions from my kids about why I had done the most recent lie she had told them.  No one would listen to me.  No one would help.  I was told to settle.  I was told to stop fighting because I was the Dad and had no chance of significant custody time.  But I could not give up.  I saw the hurt in my kids' eyes when I would have to take them back before any of us were ready.  I just needed to find someone who would listen to what was actually happening. One day I read a review much like this one.  This person was talking about his work schedule and how he worked 12 hourshifts.  He talked about how Mike Razo helped him get significant custody time with his kids even though his work schedule was being used against him.  When I read that, I knew that I needed to speak to Mr. Razo. We set up a meeting to discuss the case with Mr. Razo and get his thoughts on the matter.  It took no more that 2 minutes for me to realize this guy was different.  He was listening.  His responses to my information and questions were like he already knew what was going on.  And more than that, he gave me hope that it wasn't over and that he would do everything in his ability to help me.  That began a journey with Mr. Razo that lasted several years.  My ex fought everything in court, wouldn't move forward unless ordered by a judge and dragged everything to a halt any chance she could get.  It was bleak.  I was way behind the 8 ball and fighting an uphill, seemingly impossible battle. All through this process I would get frustrated and upset about the process and the things she was "getting away with".  And every time, Mr. Razo was there to tell me the truth.  It wasn't always what I wanted to hear and wasn't always the best news, but he always, 100% of the time, told me the truth.  He always made me feel like someone was in my corner, someone was hearing my concerns and understood them and actually caredabout what was happening to my kids.  If he told me he was going to do something, he did it.  If he told me this is what's going to happen, then that's what happened.  He always called me back, emailed me back or contacted me whenever I had concerns or questions.  He never gave up on me and my kids when others told me that I should just settle because she was going to win anyway.  Mr. Razo never made false promises or told me what the out come was going to be, but he never gave up, gave his very best for me and told me to hang in there because he believed that we had a good case. My divorce went through many hearings.  One of which was to attempt to have a full custody evaluation (730 Evaluation) granted.  My ex fought this very hard.  My previous attorney told me that it wasn't necessary and didn't think I needed oneand advised against it.  I knew that a custody evaluation was what I really needed to have in order to have all the lies and manipulation exposed.  Mr. Razo agreed and fought for me to get one.  It was granted by the judge and when it was completed, it came out in my favor.  VERY long story short, my case went to trial and I went in to trial with nothing. When I left, I was awarded primary custody of my kids and see them on all my days off. You WILL NOT find a better attorney or person, than Mr. Mike Razo. There should be more than 5 stars. read more

My family hired Bill Bratton from a friends referral. We worked with Bill and his team for 3 years, through a custody situation and divorce. Bill's team provided excellent service throughout the entire process. Bill himself would sometimes call late in the evening to confirm details, for trial. We would highly recommend Bill to anyone that asks. read more

Mr. Razo is an excellent attorney who tells you exactly how it is and what your chances are. He doesn't cut corners or provide you with false hope. I can't recommend him enough. He and his team work diligently to fight for you. I will return to Mr. Razo should I have any needs in the future. read more

If you're considering hiring an attorney, please read this review! I ended a 20+ year marriage, and the sole provider the entire time. Significant assets, and my ex, had no translatable skills in the workforce. Most everyone wrote me off to the states reputation, favoring the party in need and not the provider. I interviewed several Attorneys and was looking for a few specific traits: *Business Acumen My assets included stocks, and stock options, and believe it or not, many Attorneys are not completely well versed or comfortable in the different types and how they work. *Negotiator I needed someone who was a deal maker. The court outcome was too risky in my particular case, and more importantly, it would have cost an arm and a leg to go the distance! *Reputation Its so important to consider reputation when selecting an attorney. I was interviewing another attorney and i asked her who she respected in the industry and she was the one who ultimately gave me Bill's name. Every attorney has a reputation amongst themselves and the court. It is critical to select one who is respected by the parties who will be involved. I saw judges act very dismissive with attorneys who I could tell did not have credibility. I'm convinced a settlement was made possible because of Bill's reputation and ability to work with the other side. *Cost versus price While Bill was not the cheapest hourly rate, he told me during our consultation that he often saves the client money because he negotiates a favorable settlement. That is exactly what he delivered to me! A very fair outcome at a fraction of the cost my case was worth! As unpleasant as divorces are, my experience with Bill and his team made the process much better, than I've heard from others, who selected other attorneys. Bill under promised and over delivered, and I knew from day one, and at least ten other attorney interviews later, he was my guy! I hope this helps someone out there because I empathize with all of the feelings you're going through! That's why it's so important to select the right professional to represent your legal interest through this process! read more

DO NOT COME HERE if you are looking for assistance with a restraining order and child custody!!!!! All they did was waste time and money to not even follow through with the contract they provided! They never once cared about my case but I never had to do this and trusted them after reading reviews forking over almost 10,000 without question! Maybe you will have a better experience with other services but if you are advised to have Gousiha Farouk you are not going to get anywhere! REQUEST SOMEONE WITH EXPERIENCE! I have a restraining order against the other party in the criminal and family law. After working with them for months she advised that we had more than enough sufficient evidence to continue with pursuing a restraining order prior to going to court the other party had tried negotiating multiple times making her job easier to find a middle point. when we went to the first hearing it was continued and the opposing party requested visitation until the next hearing it was granted and mind you the day before her specific words to me were they cant get both a continuance and ask for custody and what will you know the next day I get a call from her legal assistant Sara Travoki telling me this information and to my surprise I couldn't believe it in shock and her response to me was you new this was going to happen I will never forget because I still said nothing not only in shock from the news but having her say that as if it was nothing. Being in shock and hearing that I had to respond and I said oh ok I will talk to gousiha and she quickly hung up. I understand it's the norm for these attorneys as they do this day in and day out but at least act like you care and how can you say that to someone who is going through a difficult matter involving a baby! When I followed up with gousiha, as always she tries to make it as if it was our of her control but mind you before she was so certain with her expertise and experience and I understood because what can I do when court already took place at this point we had discussed everything and I still was uneasy about the comment her legal assistant made and I spent so much money I think it's fair for me to address my concerns and so as soon as we finished our conversation I explained how her legal assistant stated that to me mind you because the court took place that same day I had to go pick up documents from them and she had hung up on me I had to call back in and I went the same day to pick up my paperwork and I expressed how that shouldn't have been said because I did that the next thing I know she's saying that she's know going to have to refer me to someone else. We continued to talk and she told me she spoke to her other partners and they want to continue to refer me to someone else yet we were just talking about the plan to move forward and our next steps and we were about to the call but because I expressed how I felt regarding how her assistant handled the breakdown of my case all of a sudden my case was thrown out the window and technically at this point she was saying oh I will follow up with you in two days to see what decision we make but clearly and even when speaking with her it was evident that she didn't want to handle my case so she would look for any excuse to cancel contract and in the retainer they notate they can remove themselves if they have a reason as to why they feel they cannot continue and what do you know all of a sudden now my evidence isn't sufficient and now there advising I shouldn't even try to get a continuance of my restraining order and at this point they claim there isn't enough to move forward and that is the concern and reason for why they will terminate the contract mind you at this point I have reached out to opposing party myself and they confirmed they have not sent any new evidence so all my evidence is still the same there are no changes there is no other reasoning behind this other than they just don't want to help because her legal assistant took offense because she made that comment and that was not ok! If you want someone who actually wants to help you not for the money but someone who you can trust if you are a victim and have children please do not go to this law firm! I am a firm believer in karma and although I will have to look for a new attorney I truthfully was relieved when I learned through an email that I would have my contract cancelled because I have been taken advantage of by this law firm and since day once I have never felt as though they cared about my case and it is truly sad how they take advantage of people who are dealing with matters like these for the first time. I would like to be clear I saved money for 3 years to ensure when it came time to handle this matter that at no cost would I not hire someone. Even today I'm still calling the law firm to get the information for my case that I need because they do not follow up with anything! read more

The first time I met with Bill I instantly knew he was the right choice to represent me, that he was going to take care of me and put me at ease. I was in uncharted waters, surrounded by the beginning of a separation, custody issues, having to get a restraining order, not to mention my personal responsibilities, including a move, raising children, and things I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy. Bill was always in communication, would take the time to explain things, and always had my best interest in mind. He knows family law and fought for me every step of the way. read more
