Stay away from this crappy joint! I had a herzo media cable internet connection in my old office.. And I can't begin to explain how much they suck! Outages a few times a week, the support is incompetent bordering on unfriendly, the speeds they have are well away from the fabled 15-50mbps they advertised and they don't work on weekends! Why does that last fact matter? Well what do you do when your internet goes down on a Friday evening? Exactly, nothing... Sucks to be you! Needless to say, I terminated my ties to this sucky place and went to another provider. You pay more, but at least they work on weekends (see my eyes rolling?) read more
