The car was only 5/8s full when I rented it. I told the attendant who advised me to take a pic of the gauge which I did. I returned the car at 5/8s full (as directed). But was charged and extra $25. I mentioned this in my initial customer review. David O. contacted me almost immediately to say, quote "It appears the system did an auto read on your vehicle and charged you for the gas. I will send in for a refund for you for the amount of $23.25 plus tax." Which he did. Now THAT's service! Thank you David. Thank you Avis. I will for sure rent from you guys again. There was no information. There was no communication. We had to call for a Lyft ride at 3 AM to take us to our hotel. It's unbelievable that the staff here left us high and dry, when they had our flight information and they knew that our flight was delayed. They could've texted us. Emailed us. Called us. To tell us that they weren't going to be there (even though they should've been there.) I called them the next morning, but no one answered. So I just canceled the reservation. I'll never rent from Avis in Albany again.

Bought 2 vehicles, both with warranties. 1 was a minivan which had the transmission replaced. As…read moresoon as they did it there was leaking in my driveway. They said it was residual. 6 months later took it back and told them my mechanic said the oil pan is dented and leaking, and asked if it was covered. Picked it up the following Monday, only to find out after I dropped it off there would be a diagnostic fee. I was told after this was done, so couldn't really do anything about it. 2nd vehicle was a newer ram pickup with 4wd. As soon as we got off the lot we had our mechanic look at it. He said do not use 4wd because the tires don't match and it will cause damage. Called back to see if licaris wouldake this right and give us the matching tires, nope. Jesse at Licari Motors could not have been more helpful and informative answering each and every questions I had about the plow, installation and use there off. The techs who called with questions about installation, my annual NY state inspection due could not have been friendlier or more professional. Drove it about an hour home. Took the plow off the truck as Jesse instructed. Looking forward to that first "Plowing Storm" as it will be THE FIRST time I have not been cold moving snow in my lifetime.
