After traveling an hour and 15 minutes on a donut spare tire there was a sign on the door that stated "Be back at 10:30" (I arrived at 9:45 am. Once the employee did show up she was rude and told me she had no cars and to just get the tire replaced. When I explained to her that I was not comfortable in this vehicle due to the accident because I didn't know if the was any damage to the axel. She then said "What do you want me to do then. I ain't got nothing to swap you out into." I understand a shortage of vehicles however there is no need for the nasty attitude or rude demeanor. She acted as if I was putting her out by just existing and coming into business. If this is the type of people who Enterprise wants representing their brand I can see why their business is struggling to the point they cannot keep rentals on the lots. I only use Enterprise because my company has a contract with them. I would NEVER use them if I needed a personal rental.

Michael Keaton at the Searcy Enterprise is an unprofessional clown…read more I booked a reservation, and on the morning of he calls me to say the car I reserved wasn't available. In fact none were. I frequently book with Enterprise and this has never happened. I don't know why they allow you to book it. But still - how he behaved is why I'm writing this review. He then said there was a waitlist with about 10 people on it. When I asked to be added to it his response was "nah, I'm good". He refused to provide his employee ID number, gave me a bogus number for his manager (I had to call the Enterprise general number to make a complaint with an area manager), and lied about his name (he texted me trying to pretend he was another guy named Keaton, who he said was his manager - turns out its just his last name). And then he just hung up on me like a coward. I would be VERY VERY careful of the reliability of the Searcy Enterprise, you could be sitting here stranded next.

Do not rent from. I rented a mini ex and accidentally dented a panel while using it. He picked up…read morethe machine and never contacted me to let me know what the additional charge was going to be. Just charged my card with no communication. Very unprofessional and said he wouldnot use his insurance for repairs. Crook!
