I went in on and everything was in order. The office wasn't posh, but it was clean. I was in-and-out in less than 10 minutes. Here's where it gets amazing. I was planning to take a sofa to my daughter in NC. When I got it loaded in the van, we found out that the sofa had mice ;( so I dumped the sofa at the curb and returned the van expecting to pay for one day per the rental agreement. No worries. When I got back and told about the sofa. He said no charge! Could not believe it. He was so nice. "There's no way I would charge you since you couldn't take your trip." I'll be back for sure!

chris everett is my hero. no, not the tennis player - the assistant branch manager at enterprise…read more he was my point person for the MONTH that i was rockin a rental while my car was being repaired, and i couldn't be happier with the service i received. enterprise will pick you up....but not on a saturday, as i quickly learned the sat morning that i needed to get a rental. after getting a lift over, chris set me up with my ride: a jeep liberty. as it was a saturday, inventory was low and no economy models were in stock, so we split the difference on the cost of what wasn't covered by allstate. once again, it pays to work with a preferred partner, and have an insurance plan that covers $20/day. come monday, chris had me set up with my next ride: a toyota corrola. not as fancy, but much easier to park :) and brand new with only 600 miles on it when the keys were handed over. the transfer took mere minutes, and i was on my way. as i had some small furniture i needed to move, i decided to trade in the corrola for another SUV with just one day left til my car was due back from the body shop. i wasn't sure if this was ok, but one call to chris, who remembered me every time i called, confirmed it was a go. when i went to pick up the new wheels, he informed me that he'd made a judgment call to give me a minivan instead as it offered more room at a cheaper rate. (thanks for not trying to gouge me!) my 3rd and final rental car was a chrysler town & country, and, surprisingly enough to this so-very-not-a-soccer-mom....i loved it. and when it was time to relinquish my baller ride to enterprise, chris drove me home. if ever i'm without my car again, or want to take a rental on a roadtrip, i know who i'm calling.

I am very unhappy with this place. I brought my car in for what should have been a minor repair,…read morebut instead I was charged $159 for what felt like a bogus diagnostic test. The biggest issue, however, is their customer service. They rarely return phone calls, making it extremely frustrating to get updates or schedule service. Poor communication and unexpected charges have made this a disappointing experience. I would not recommend this shop, be careful.

I didn't have a copy of my insurance card; the young lady was kind enough to print a copy for me from my online policy. I had a daytime running light that had been out of service for weeks. I fully expected to pay for that in addition to the cost of inspection. Apparently the wiring was loose so I was not charged. In today's environment that level of honesty is extraordinary. I will continue to patronise Reliable Auto and recommend them to everyone I know!
