I rented a car and received a reservation confirmation by email. On the scheduled pickup day, the office was closed, even though the opening hours on the door, website, and in the confirmation all stated that it should be open.
I was unable to reach any customer service by phone at the time.
The next day, their response was simply: "We are sorry. We can't do anything."
In the end, I had to rent a car from another company at the last minute, which was much more expensive than normal.
Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company.
