We tried calling the doctor for a full week and never received a response. The office staff had. I answers as to why he didn't return our calls. When he finally responded (6 days later) he proceeded to tell us that he "was away" and "he has ten reports that are ahead of ours". He was rude and didn't care that our lives had just changed forever. We went to memorial Sloan Kettering recently and they are absolutely fantastic. I have never written a review if anything before but i am so upset by his treatment that i want everyone to know that there are lots of choices of doctors. Dr Rosner will never be our choice again.

Dr. Horioglu did a great surgery and I no longer suffer from sinus infections. Dr. Rosner is an excellent doctor and is also compassionate and truly cares about his patients. Dr. Rosner's staff is also wonderful.

ANXIETY, all the ANXIETY. I recently went here as I need to have a quick ear check up. The few…read morepositive reviews and the nice receptionist over the phone made me feel like this was the right choice...yes, not so much. Per many dr. offices I called in advance from my car. They told me I could come up and up to me if I wanted to fill the paperwork in my car or in the waiting room. I should have opted for the car, I will take personal responsibility for this. Regardless though, there were questionable covid practices. Please see my list below: -There were quite a number of people in the waiting room. There were no markers on chairs on where to sit. I simply stood and moved around the whole time. At one point there were so many people in there you could not sit 6 feet apart! -There was a patient in the room who kept opting to wear his mask on his chin. I had to ask the staff twice to speak to him. They seemed uncomfortable doing so- like wait, you should keep all of us safe? -While they took temperatures, it was ONLY once you were to enter the back area. So wait, you're telling me I can stay in the waiting room with sick people for 45+ min and then BOOM you figure out they have a temperature before getting to your area? -The wait was 45+ minutes...like COME ON. Give a heads up, tell patients to wait in their car. - I honestly cannot even remember if they had hand sanitizer out! Luckily, i had my own..along with my own pen and mask. At least I can protect myself if a drs. office cannot. I did not find safety was their top priority. I still have much anxiety a few days later and will likely get myself tested to be on the safe side. Thanks, but no, thanks. I will not be back in 1 year for a check-up. I shall be finding a safer and clean practice.

She knew I was worried about the situation without me ever having to state I was, and she was able to sense that, and reassured me. If you have any hesitations about getting a procedure done because you're afraid of surgery, talk to her about other options, she will work with you and if there are non-surgical options available to treat or fix any issues you have, she will explore them with you. Beyond the fact that she truly loves what she does through her caring actions, and charisma, she went to both, Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, and Princeton, and graduated with honors. That's pretty awesome, and comforting to know.
