Me and my partner got married in Kendal and this was the hairdressers we found whilst having a walk…read morearound the town. As there was family coming to the wedding everyone booked in from the morning of the wedding through to late afternoon as we were having a later marriage. It was awful, fortunately my partner had her hair done first and it was fine, however I think they under-estimated how long everything would take to get done. My niece didn't even get her hair done as they ran out of time so she had been sat around for over 2 hours and they told her they could not get it done before the wedding. The bridesmaids hair although very nice the pins fell out and my sister had to put them back in again. My sister in laws and female friends had their hair curled, after an hour their hair had dropped and they had to either straiten it at the hotel or those that had curlers with them ended up doing it them-selves. My sister in law complained and they gave back £10, which is a joke imo. Either way the service was horrible they just did not get there time scale correct which ended up with all the rollers etc not being in long enough. I whole heartedly would steer clear from our experience, I am just glad my partner got her hair done earlier as it could of easily ruined her day, which to some extent it did as the bridesmaids and family were running around last minute trying to get ready rather than relaxing with a glass of champers and pampering the bride to be, if there was a score of no stars I would have selected it.
