Turns out there are more than one Love Lane B&B so it turns out he was at the other one. However I'm positive i got the right one. Love Lane is run by a husband and wife and they are just amazing and nice. I received a great history lesson upon arrival on the history of the home and on the founding of Waynesville which was really cool. I then shared this information later with my cousins so i could sound intelligent. The home is really great, interesting and clean. I was in the Rosemary Room which is up on the third floor. I had the option to use the main stairs or use the back service stairs as the home is that old!! It is very quiet. My room was clear and lots of room. Since i was the top floor my ceiling was interesting and lots of cool angles. You do not need to use a travel booking site and can just directly call them and i suggest this and what i will do in the future. I highly recommend staying here if anywhere near the Waynesville area!!

We chose Timberwolf Creek based on reviews and maybe we just caught them at a bad time but they dropped the ball on our very few special requests. My wife the professional gardener specifically asked for no roses in her bouquet and sure enough it showed up with roses in it. We also never received the specially requested bacon in our $50 breakfast. We were given the impression that for the wedding it would be our day and a relaxed feel. When it came closer to the time to get married my wife was told to rush to get ready. She did rush and never received the manicure that we paid extra for to have done at the cabin. While walking me out to the spot we were getting married the owner was overheard saying "I should be leaving in 5 minutes." When we tried to address these issues with the owner after our honeymoon we were accused of trying to "re-fill" our bank accounts. Not very professional.

Our lodging was not in the facility photographed in the advertisement, but in the "historic" older section of the property around back. The building has no elevator and is removed from any amenities. The air unit made a horrible noise each time it cycled on during the night. Two of the four vanity lights had bulbs out and the toilet paper rack was loose on the wall. No luxury here. Reported issues to front desk, which doubles as the golf shop. I wish we had supported one of the other local hotels in the area. Reported issues to Hilton Honors as well.
