He did a wonderful job with the Pressure Washing, and then also went above and beyond by drying a section of the patio that was off balance and had collected a puddle. He also pressure washed my daughter's window, and did an absolutely excellent job all the way around. I highly recommend DJ! He is very friendly, and a very, very hard worker. We had our pavers cleaned and sealed last fall, along with having our windows and lanais washed, and we couldn't be happier with the results. After dealing with several other paver companies that either didn't follow through or left us disappointed, I was understandably hesitant. I explained our past experiences to Ben, and he was incredibly professional, patient, and thorough. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made us feel confident that we were in good hands. The entire team exceeded our expectations. Josh, the Production Manager, personally came out to inspect the project and made sure everything met their high standards. There were a couple of small details he wanted addressed, and he didn't hesitate to have them taken care of. That level of quality control and pride in their work really impressed us. Rob, one of their service technicians, was wonderful to work with as well. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, courteous, and professional from start to finish. Several months later, our pavers still look fantastic, and we're so happy we chose this company. It's refreshing to find a business that truly stands behind its work and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. That's great, but you never explained that to me - probably because we don't have a deck. You also said, "When we checked with you before leaving, youmentioned everything looked great." No, I did not say this, because we were out of town. I only saw photos that you sent of the job. I expressed that I was concerned that I could still see large dark areas in the driveway, but it assured me that if was just because that some areas were still wet, and that's why it looked dark. I paid you regardless, because you didn't want to wait the 6 hours until we got home to see it. I'm not really sure why you would make up conversations we never had, but I also do still have the text messages if you want to push this any further.
