We worked with them on our wedding, which ended up being pretty tricky with a lot of different guests with different needs, a wide age range in the wedding party, a small venue, horrific weather predictions, etc... Yet nothing fazed them! Carol and Andrea made our special day so much better and less stressful than it would have been! First off, they asked us a lot of questions to get a feel for what we wanted, and then made lots of suggestions - some about things that just never occurred to us and which were very important to figure out ahead of time! Every time I started to get stressed about a new item I had to check off my list, one of them would say, "Don't worry, I'll take care of it," and they did! They did a fantastic job of working closely with our vendors, and organized the flow of events perfectly. On our special day there was literally nothing for us to do or worry about, other than having fun. I can never thank them enough!!!!!

I was skeptical about going at first, as my wedding is all the way in Buffalo, NY and I didn't think there would be much use for me to attend, but Elisha R. is getting married in Raleigh so I figured I would just be moral support. However I learned that even if you are getting married out of town, this bridal show is still worth checking out. I got to try a lot of amazing food from several different catering companies, and had some amazing cake and cupcakes! I also indulged in champagne, sweet lemonade and a chocolate fountain! There was no need to eat afterwards we were all stuffed, which was a nice added bonus. I found a great limousine service that I am thinking about booking for my bachelorette, (which will be in Raleigh), found several invitation vendors and also won 5 free personal training sessions! I entered in several other giveaways and am waiting to hear back about the honeymoon I hope to win. ;-) I got really great discounts for the boy's tux, and also a lot of free goodies to take home. There were also several great ideas I saw that I would like to incorporate into my wedding that I may not have thought of on my own. Overall it was a very successful day. I would recommend this bridal show to any brides to be. Bring your mom, bridesmaids, friends or sister, but leave the guys at home. I saw a few poor boys there following around their fiancees looking completely bored out of their minds as they look over invitations or floral arrangements. I personally think this is a perfect girls day out, get the info, and inform the boys on it later.

APR has a good variety of options for you to play with. And it does feel like playing! It was a lot of fun to mix and match tableware and linens to see how the different combinations looked. Cedrika could not have been more lovely when we visited--she was so personable and easy to work with. In fact, we had another appointment scheduled at a different rental provider, and after spending the morning with her at APR, we cancelled the other appointment. Our wedding was at the Museum of Life and Science in Durham, and I was thrilled with how seamlessly APR worked with the museum. After we chose our rentals, we had to do very little--the rest went through the venue, even when we had to make some last minute changes to accommodate changed table sizes. The rentals were delivered on time, they looked great, they were reasonably priced, and it was an easy process. I highly recommend this company!

We initially contacted another company first (based upon using them for a different birthday presentation in the past). However, that company did not respond to the calls, emails, and forms that we filled out in advance. This ultimately put us in a tough spot with little time to spare before our friend's actual birthday!! I quickly did some research and luckily came across Zoe the Clown online. I gave her a call on Friday afternoon at around 4pm. She couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. After I called with the description and budget we had in mind-- she got right to work on the details. She called and texted with me throughout Friday night to get the order in place that we needed. This ultimately enabled us to get the balloons delivered in time and for her to create the balloon masterpiece of our dreams. Throughout the weekend Zoe was in constant contact with me regarding the progress of the delivery and vision. Finally it was go time on Tuesday (the birthday)! Zoe met me promptly at the time we scheduled to meet outside my friend's house. She showed up professionally with safety precautions in mind during COVID (with a mask), etc. She took some time to put the final touches on the balloon creation once she got to the house because the display was too big to fit as one piece during its transport. After it was completed, we called my friend to come out, and she was blown away!! Also, Zoe and her partner helped to bring the display into my friend's house-- which was a big help!!! From start to finish it was a pleasure to work with Zoe and her team. They were efficient, helpful, and ultimately a lifesaver under such quick turn around time expectations. I am still getting calls and texts from people who saw the pictures asking who created the masterpiece. If you are looking for a special balloon presentation for a friend or loved one-- definitely give Zoe a call! You won't regret it!
