Being a novice at Yoga, I was nervous I would feel lost throughout the class, but that was not the case at all. The instructor was welcoming, and the entire yoga session was curtailed towards pregnancy. It was nice to be surrounded by other pregnant women and to solely focus on my pregnancy during the class. The Village offers plenty of other pregnancy and motherhood support classes and activities, I'm looking forward to checking more of these out in the future.

I have a lot of friends around the country that I've gotten pretty close to and they are just so excited for my husband and I. However, when you do talk openly about things, you get a lot of unsolicited advice as well as judgement for some of the choices you are making. Some of the comments are horror stories of why you shouldn't make a certain decision. Through conversation I disclosed to a friend a choice my husband and I decided to make in regards to my labor. Wasn't really thinking about it. This woman jumps on and starts saying how she hopes I don't make this decision because of the risks of "A, B,&C" A very long paragraph of fear tactics. If it wasn't for evidence based birth and everything I've learned, I probably would have been so afraid that I would change my mind and go against my own convictions. Because of the classes, however, I'm fully informed. I know the ins and the outs of the decision I'm making, how to navigate advocacy with my doctor, and also how to avoid some of the risks associated with this decision. So, new mamas, highly suggest the class. It saved me a lot of anxiety in my pregnancy and I look forward to the birth of my son with excitement.

We got there and was ringing the bell to be let in several times. no one came to open the door. we continued and finally was let in by an employee with an attitude. She was angry. If you don't want to work with the public then you are in the wrong profession. My husband is in great shape works out and eats healthy. They are going to deny him to give blood because they claimed he had a heart arithmetic and he is not allowed to give blood. this was a bold face lie!! they wanted to leave and not attend to him because he does the power red.. he rescheduled and was taken on Monday in collingswood with no problem. If you're looking for a low cost place to swim near Mount Laurel, NJ - this is it!…read more The Wahoos Swim Club's main purpose is youth swim teams. But during the day, they open to lap/fitness swimmers like me. Current hours (Jan, 2020) are 7-3pm. 25 yard pool, 7 lanes. No weekend lap swimming. But at an annual cost of $310 for an adult membership (less than $26/month), Wahoos is the most affordable pool I know of. And here's another huge plus: cooler pool temps - usually between 79-82... and one more awesome Wahoo's quality: low chemical levels in the pool. The club just underwent a thorough remodel - very clean and neat, but basic - not all dolled up like the $$$$ health clubs. I've never seen it over busy during lap swim hours. For my money, it's a great value!

This is a nice deal, so I don't have to join a separate gym or pool to swim. That said, if my gym didn't have that deal, I would not join Wahoos outright. Their open lane hours are very limited (6:15 AM. to 3:00 PM. during the week, and some later night hours on the weekends), and basically the only time I am able to get there is at 6:15 AM., before work. It seems that this swim club mainly caters to swim TEAMS, and not the individual athlete. Because of that, the pool is pretty full at that time of morning, as the before-work crowd is all trying to get in. I can't imagine actually paying for a membership to this pool with such limited hours. The facility is a bit dated, but clean nonetheless. The 8-lane pool is always clean and a nice temperature - I'm comfortable in the water after only 1 lap, and never overheated. There are plenty of kick-boards for use, and the life guards on duty are always pleasant. For now, I will continue to utilize the Wahoos pool since it is included in my gym membership, but I'd really prefer to have more options as to what time of day I can swim.

I was thinking about taking the state exam for life/health in person at a testing center since I've…read morehad all kinds of issues with the online proctored exam; however, from these reviews about the testing centers, I won't be doing that either. My review is about the online experience I've had. Between PSI not sending me the link to launch the exam (twice), to when I was finally able to launch the exam and it glitched so that I couldn't get back into the exam. I've had to reschedule 3 times now. Each time I paid $53. They gave me a ticket to get a refund for the most recent time, but now when I call them, they don't answer. There's no hierarchy or corporate number you can call that works. Every agent is outsourced and foreign. It's extremely disturbing that a national exam seems fraudulent. I highly advise that everyone on here reports them to their attorney general because PSI needs to be investigated. I plan on doing so. I filed reports through my credit cards as well.

This is a testing center for multiple different types of exams. My wife had a test scheduled today…read more(2/16/19) at 2:30pm and they said to come 30 minutes early. We got there at 2, the center was closed. About 30 people showed up and still, the room was dark. We called the company and it took a while for the woman (Teresa) to understand what was going on. She spent a while thinking we were the employee. Then once she realized what was going on, she said that we needed to give up to 30 minutes for the proctor to show up. She then spoke to her supervisor who said that we all had to reschedule the exam. They gave no particular reason why the proctor did not show up, and we had planned our President's Day weekend around this exam and had come from 2 hours away to the nearest testing center. The only silver lining is that the rescheduling would not involve an additional fee. There was no warning that the test would be cancelled today. The weather was terrific - sunny and not particularly cold. We called a few days ago to make sure it wasn't going to be cancelled and they said it was all going to be fine and we would be notified, at the latest, in the morning if it got cancelled. Even though this is a one star review, it's not like we have any other choice but to reschedule since this company holds a monopoly on this particular exam we need to take. People are visibly upset and crying in the hallways. Happy President's Day, PSI. Update: We went back to the center on 3/2/19 and there were no major issues. Showed up at 7:30am and they did not let us in the building until 7:35am so there was a minor panicky moment that the same thing would happen again. But it was fine and she passed the test.
