The communication from this company is completely non-existent…read more First, part of our job was subcontracted out, without our knowledge or consent. Second, the subcontractor just walked into our fenced and gated backyard without scheduling with us first - this is trespassing. Third, the subcontractor broke several flagstones on the path to our backyard, and Lefke is neither taking responsibility for this or putting us in contact with the subcontractor to remedy this. They were dismissive over the phone and hid behind their "contract" which says nothing about subcontractors at all. Lastly, they continue to send us a bill without addressing the issues mentioned, or even responding to multiple messages both my wife and I have left. I would advise anyone and everyone to steer clear of this company - they don't care about you or doing the job properly, just hounding you for money for an unsatisfactory job.

I can't even tell that they were here except for the fact that they removed a bunch of dead limbs away from the house. I would hire this company again but I don't have any trees left to cut back. The tree they took down was over a chain link fence and it didn't get a scratch. They were out on the day and time they said they would be too.
