Easily accessible from Amsterdam by train or bus...there is everything here from Kiosks, restaurants, bars and even a Nespresso store! Of course there is an Albert Heijn as well. I actually come here from Amsterdam to do some shopping sometimes. Just a quick 12 minute train ride....lots of fun vibes to be in an airport PRE-security. Another big plus are free bathrooms. Access to 12 or more train platforms underground so you can go anywhere in The Netherlands from here. Usually the first thing you see when leaving the airport and arriving to Amsterdam.

It's a small shop on a side street right of the spuistraat. Beautiful shop full of hand made jewelry. This place is the main place I buy my rings and earrings in. (I'm not a necklace fan but they do have those as well). The style is very delicate and feminine and they have a big selection. The girls at the shop are really helpful and will adjust a size for you (mainly with rings) if necessary. Lovely shop. Not the cheapest place but I do have some of their things for a few years now and I'm really happy with the quality.

I hesitated for a while, and finally decided to get two little gold filled hoops earrings with lovely details on them, and a little gold dot stud. The staff was super nice, and really helpful. And because I wanted a special pair but in an other size that the one presented in the shop, one of the staff member actually made it, in front of me. It's not cheap, but because the gold filled is such a nice and reliable material, and it is handmade, it's totally worth it. If you're in the neighborhood, definitely go and check it out ! Lots and lots of dresses, lots of skirts, tops, jewellery, bags and more. They have everything. The clothing is sorted on colour so this makes it a bit easier to find something of your liking. I like to search through their stuff for cute dresses. Prices vary; some stuff is very expensive and other stuff isn't. So this place is also okay for a lower budget. I think Sjerpetine's style is very feminine, creative, romantic and a bit gypsy. I really like it. But even if your not dressing as over the top as the shop looks from the outside, you must be able to find some very nice stuff in here. (as long as your not a tomboy..)
