Olga is the best Hermes SA I've ever encountered! This Hermes store is located in B gates, right after you pass the passport inspection. I had a stopover in Frankfurt, and I had enough time between my flights. So I decided to take an adventure to go from my gates (A) to B just so that I can visit Hermes LOL The store was empty when I stopped by, they have some bags on display but they all say " for display only". I really wanted to get my mom a gift, so I asked nicely if they had anything. Olga was so patient, not pushy at all. She showed me what they had at the time, and unfortunately nothing really screams my mom's style. I spent some time in the store, and talking with Olga. Even though I walked out the store not buying anything, Olga was very warm and welcoming the entire time. I wish all Hermes SA are like her! Maybe I'll run into her again and eventually buy something from her in my future trips. read more
