However, during the walkthrough, the staff member did not detect or mention any odor concerns. If there had truly been an issue, it should have been clearly communicated to me at that time so I could address it. CHARGING ME AFTER THE FACT for something that was neither documented nor discussed during the walkthrough feels unfair and unprofessional.
