The preschool program at HCC is out of this world. Extremely high standards and firm boundaries with absolutely loving staff. The only con is the price - but it's worth every penny. Top of the list, best preschool in Hermiston. read more

The staff genuinely care about the children and create a safe, loving, and supportive environment every single day. Over the years, we've watched our son grow so much educationally, socially, and emotionally because of the care and guidance they provide. One thing we especially appreciate is the communication. The Brightwheel system they use keeps us updated throughout the day with notifications, pictures, meals, activities, and important updates, which gives us so much peace of mind as parents. The teachers and staff go above and beyond to make every child feel valued and cared for. We are incredibly grateful for everything they've done for our family and highly recommend this daycare to anyone looking for a trustworthy, nurturing, and educational environment for their child.

As a parent who has had children at this daycare for years, I felt compelled to share our…read moreexperience because it has been overwhelmingly positive. My oldest attended from age 2 until kindergarten and still happily goes back during school closure days and summer breaks. My youngest has been there since she was just 3 months old and will be turning 3 soon. This daycare has truly become part of our village. Throughout the years, we have always experienced clear communication, professionalism, and kindness from Ayana and her staff. Their policies have always been reasonable and focused on keeping all of the children safe and healthy. As parents, we have always felt informed and respected. Most importantly, they have cared for our daughters with genuine love and compassion. During the loss of a grandparent, they showed our family so much empathy and understanding, and that meant more than I can put into words. I also trust them completely with my children's safety. The staff is CPR certified, and during a terrifying choking incident involving my child, they acted immediately and correctly performed the Heimlich maneuver. Their quick response quite literally saved my child's life. That is something I will never forget. No daycare is perfect, and childcare is an incredibly demanding profession, but our experience here has been one of trust, safety, care, and consistency. My girls adore Ayana and the staff, and I am deeply grateful for the role they have played in our children's lives over the years.
