The staff is very friendly, welcoming and down-to-earth. Serious enough and then also not too serious. They are always up for a friendly chat and willing to give anyone advice that is in need of it, and unlike with many other shops the sell cardgames, they actually know their stuff. They'll gladly help you get started with playing the Pokemon TCG. The shop is very big on Yu-Gi-Oh and Pokemon in available in-store products, but they have many other card games in stock and in-store too, as well as a Cardmarket business from which you can order online and pick the cards up in-store. Prizes are very reasonable for a brick and mortar store, and there are always so good discounted products to be found. There is no fee for making use of the facilities to play card games in the store, which includes a basement that has a 50 person capacity. This, and the personal approach they have, makes them stand out and has enabled them to cultivate communities of players of various competitive cardgames within their store that are thriving. Drinks and snacks are available at very reasonable prices in store too. As is everything you need to play cardgames, like sleeves and deckboxes, or binders for your collection. They sell and buy Pokemon singles. Selling at Cardmarket Powerseller rates. They will always give you half of what the Cardmarket Powerseller price is for a card. Good for bulk V en ex cards, not great for expensive ones. However, they will gladly help explain how you can sell your cards on Cardmarket. An ETB of bulk will get you 5 euro. It's great for kids to be able to buy ex and V cards for a few euros, and for players if they are in need of a card badly. If you are looking for expertise, guidance, and an incredible variety in stock as a collector, then this is your shop. As a player I would highly recommend this too, great facilities and great staff. There are online places with cheaper prices, but they simply don't have this experience.

Known formerly as 'Musis Sacrum', Latin for 'Dedicated to the Muses', it was originally built in 1847 and was expanded in 1888-90. The main orchestra hall is built on the model of the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, complete with the names of famous composers along the balcony. The Gelders Orkest plays here almost every week but there's also many other concerts and events happening so make sure to check the schedule. The Musis is currently undergoing renovation, and a whole recital hall and foyer are currently being built on the park side of the building, this is expected to be finished in 2017. The building also houses the Mahler cafe, a bistro-cafe where you can grab lunch, coffee, or a pre-concert meal.

I visited this location twice, once to price out a large list of items I needed for an upcoming exposition. My second visit was to make my purchase. During my second visit I encountered the female sales person whose hurried and hostile attitude made for a very unpleasant shopping experience. I knew exactly what I needed to buy for my work. During my visit I explained to the female sales person that my choices were NOT motivated by price but by what I Needed as dictated by my list of art supplies held in hand. I explained this about 4 times to the sales woman! I simply wanted to be left alone while I shopped. Though I appreciated the suggestions from the female staff member. I explained more than once that I was aware of the product lines being considered and was not seeking the "cheapest" items as it was being continuously suggested to me. Despite this I was subjected to what I felt was unkind behavior and a general bad attitude from the sales person. I do not know what the issue was however my patience ran out when I was told that "others" (or me I assume) would select art items that "they " (or I) may not be prepared to pay for. I perceived this as an indirect insult. To suggest or indirectly suggest that I was out to steal or would not pay for my art supplies was highly offensive. This I also felt was also sort of borderline racist to me. i certainly could feel that sort of hostility from the female sales person. I should also mention that I never completed my shopping. I just wanted to be done with the nonsense and be out of that store. It seems like they may have some personal issues. However their issues are NOT my issue. I can not recommend this place and I would suggest foreigners specifically be aware that their staff may have harbor negative views of various ethnic people. You may be subjected the same kind of treatment I received no matter if you explain your intent or not. Feels old school to me, but maybe that's common here? The newer cinema in Arnhem, Pathe, does not have an intermission. So if you need a break during a film, perhaps consider seeing it here versus the new theater.
