My wife & I just recently had a first-time meeting with Daniel to discuss our upcoming tax needs…read more We were referred to him by a friend/co-workers who has been using his services for several years. After speaking with Daniel, we can see why he and so many others have stayed with him. For this review, I will get straight to the point. Daniel could quite impressively foresee the questions we had before we even asked them and providing valuable feedback to us pertinent to our specific tax situation. Note, this is the kind of professional you want working with you. Not an accountant and/or tax preparer that waits for you to ask questions or guide the conversation in such a way that someone who is NOT a tax professional simply has the inability to. In other words, your accountant and/or tax preparer should not expect you to know certain substantial tax/accounting matters if you are not professionally involved or work in the field yourself. We also like El Reyes Xpress because they offer services such as acting as our registered corporate agent, which not all tax/accounting services offer. This would help those who would like to opt for a "One-Stop Shop" more likely with El Reyes Xpress. Daniel was very professional, an active listener, well knowledgeable in the field, up-to-date with current accounting guideline principles (which not every tax/accounting service is), very up front with his service fees (& he explains them well without being asked), and overall, we feel very comfortable working with him more in the future.

I sent them the documents via-email on April 15th and I called them through out the week and no one ever answered the phone nor emailed me back. They finally answered on May 2nd. Seems like they went on a 2 week vacation on the 16th and they didn't do their work. What annoyed me more was William's comment saying I filed late. No! I filed on time. Just apologize and say something along the lines, "I fucked up, I'm sorry I put it off" or "I didnt give a shit about my emails for 2 weeks but I'm on it now" I would not be writing this if he took that route. He took my money and he told me they'd be filed as soon as he received my documents. I called him and talked to him on the 15th. He told me he'd check. He didn't. I did my part he didnt. I'll return but not to William.
