I asked her what the name of products where and she decided to cancel me days later after we set an appt. very odd and negative. I didn't need any extensive treatment. Just find this very odd. and not right.

Kate listened to me, did exactly what I wanted, and even experimented some which turned out beautifully. Plus, the haircut was completely reasonable at 24 bucks. The salon itself was very clean and polished and the products that were used were really nice. I'm impressed by how stylish the space was.
