James Meadows was my first call shortly after receiving my ticket. He promptly responded to my inquiry, provided me an upfront price, gave me a straightforward way to pay, and explained to me what he can, cannot do and what to potentially expect and not expect. His communication is clear and concise. His level of professionalism and integrity is phenomenal, at least in my experience. He went above and beyond while trying to do everything in his ability to get my tickets dismissed however, he was not able to do so not because of anything he did or didn't do but just because NYC does not plead tickets down and 99.9 % of the time the police officers show up in addition to their verbal deposition there's also the body cam footage and other evidence that is very hard and difficult to get thrown out. Despite a partial negative outcome, he was able to secure a warning from the judge instead of a suspension in addition to the points, which is my eyes is a good outcome thanks to James! Although it's not the outcome I wanted, it's a reasonable one that I am content with. If I ever get cited for any other traffic infraction in the future, he will for sure be my first call again. The moral of the story is do not break traffic laws, but if you do call James because he and his team will do everything reasonable in their ability to secure the best positive outcome possible. The cop's claim was bogus and I would have loved to drag him into court to testify against my video evidence and show he lied, but court is unpredictable, I'm not even sure the cop would have to attend, and it wasn't worth the risk or my time. Instead Lee just handled everything for a completely reasonable fee. I didn't have to think about the ticket between sending him the documentation and when he resolved the case. So easy.
