On the day of the work, a phone call alerted me to the service's imminent arrival, and though the work I needed was a bit more than originally discussed, it was performed with enthusiasm, and the clean-up was impeccable. If they are not going to follow up on their own work , and charge a premium for a service that doesn't work. They are not a reputable company. They are ripoffs.
